(57) A game result display means for providing a predetermined display relating to a game result includes a first display means (such as rotatory reel), a second display means (such as a liquid crystal display device 16) disposed in front of the first display means when a gaming machine is viewed from its front side, and a third display means (such as a liquid crystal shutter display device 112). The second display means has transparent display units 23a, 23b and 23c capable of transparently displaying a display of the first display means, and the third display means has display shielding units 113a, 113b and 113c for shielding the display of the first display means.
