(54) Printing apparatus, printing method and program


(57) A printing apparatus (40) comprising:
  • a downloader (44A, 55) which downloads an object to be printed, stored in an external terminal, from said external terminal;
  • a printing unit (44C, 51, 52) which prints said object to be printed downloaded by said downloader (44A, 55);
   characterized by:
  • a medium slot (40D) to insert a portable recording medium (5) on which data for connecting said printing apparatus to said external terminal is stored;
  • a reading unit (45) which reads said data recorded on said portable recording medium (5) inserted into said medium slot (40D);
  • said downloader (44A, 55) downloads said object to be printed from said external terminal using said data read by said reading unit (45); and
  • a mail sending unit (44D) which sends a reply mail corresponding to an e-mail printed by said printing unit (44C, 51, 52).
