The present invention concerns a bearing device that may be grasped for eating and/or drinking even while standing and moving.

At present it occurs that, if not comfortably sitting around a table, eating and drinking takes place in a rather uncomfortable and little functional manner. In fact, while standing you can either eat or drink. For eating, you can hold your plate with one hand and with the other one you can use fork or spoon, and if you are eating on a plastic plate it is even more uncomfortable; for drinking, you will leave your plate and your fork or spoon. Most of all, while you are eating you must control your glass because, with many people around, someone else could take it by mistake. As this is not always possible, usually a much greater number of glasses is used than necessary.

From documents US5607077 A, DE 7202617U and GB 2367233 and others more, bearing devices are known which can be easily seized with only the left hand, wherein the halfcentral handle may expose the thumb to getting dirty, and wherein the seats for the food have shapes which do not allow the housing of particular food like soups, and wherein no housings are provided for containing drinks besides a glass, nor housings for table-ware and napkins.

A further disadvantage consists in that, for obtaining a determined stiffness, such bearing devices may be realized only with materials like plastic or metal.

It is the aim of the present invention to completely solve all above mentioned inconveniences.

The aim set forth is reached by means of the bearing device according to the present invention that may be grasped for eating and/or drinking even while standing and moving which, in a first variant, is of the throwaway kind out of paper, cardboard or other recycling material, for users of fast-foods and similar, for parties and/or anniversaries in which the colour and the design may recall New Year's Day, Carnival, Easter, birthdays etc.

A second variant of the bearing according to the present invention may be used several times as it is realized out of metal, plastic, wood or other materials; the convenience of this variant with respect to the throwaway one makes it particularly suitable for being used during holidays as a bearing for plastic plates and glasses; at the same time, it will also serve as a ballast when having a lunch in the open air.

For reaching the aim set forth in both variants, the bearing according to the present invention comprises a plurality of cavities obtained in the structure for placing the food, as well as one or more passing through shapes performed in the edge thereof for the manual bearing and also housings for inserting and keeping - with a rest and/or with a joint - tins or bottles for drinks. All variants may be realized in many dimensions and shapes according to the needs, as they may bear one or more containers for food and/or drinks and one or more bearings for cutlery and paper serviettes.

The special and double grasping - left and right, closed or open - allows a safe and comfortable hold for anyone.

In a further variant, the mentioned throwaway bearing according to the present invention may be realized in a modular packing, with a minimum transport and storing encumbrance.

The present invention will be described more in detail herein below relating to the enclosed drawings in which some embodiments are shown which, according to the material used, may be of the throwaway kind or not.

- eines Lochs (47), das für Bestecke oder andere Zubehörteile verwendet werden kann: - eines Lochs (48) zur Aufnahme eines Desserts oder anderer Zubehörteile;

- eines flachen Teils (49), der entlang der kontinuierlichen Linie ausgeschnitten ist und erst 90° nach unten entlang einer Linie (53) zu falten ist und dann weitere 90° entlang einer Linie (54) und zum Schluss der Teil mit den Zungen (44) weitere 90° entlang einer Linie (55), wobei die Kante (42) innen gehalten wird, so dass die Zunge (44) in das genannte Loch (43) überlappt und daher eine Aufnahmefläche für den Inhalt der genannten Löcher (13) und (27) darstellt;

- eines flachen Teils (50), der entlang einer kontinuierlichen Linie ausgeschnitten ist und erst 90° nach unten entlang einer Linie (53) zu falten ist und dann weitere 90° entlang einer Linie (54) und zum Schluss der Teil mit den Zungen (44) weitere 90° entlang einer Linie (55), wobei die genannte Kante (42) innen gehalten wird, so dass die genannte Zunge (44) in das genannte Loch (43) überlappt und eine Aufnahmefläche für den Inhalt des Lochs (48) darstellt;

Un dispositif en conformité avec la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il pourrait être modulaire par le biais de: - une languette (32) à plier dans un trou (33) en poussant sur une ligne (56) pendant le montage, ainsi les bords relatifs sont superposés ;

- un trou (33) dans lequel ladite languette est pliée pendant le montage ;

- un siège (34) pour le pouce rapproché pour la prise ;

- un fond (35) plié le long des lignes pointillées pendant le montage et qui devient étanche ;

- un oeillet (36) à travers lequel une aile (38) passe pendant le montage, avant d'être pliée dans un trou (37) ;

- un trou (37) dans lequel, pendant le montage, une aile (38) est pliée ;

- une aile (38) qui passe à travers ledit oeillet (36) et ensuite pliée dans ledit trou (37) ;

- une partie plate (39) qui, pendant le montage, est à plier avant de 90° vers le bas le long d'une ligne (51) et ensuite encore de 90° le long d'une ligne (52), et qui devient ainsi le fond de ce qui est contenu dans les trous (13) et (27) après le montage ;

- une aile (40) avec une aile plus petite (38) à son extrémité ;

- un bord extérieur (41) à plier vers le bas de 90° , pour rendre le dispositif plus rigide ;

- un bord extérieur (42) à plier vers le bas de 90° , pour rendre le dispositif plus rigide, et contenir les trous (43) dans lesquels les languettes (44) sont pliées pendant le montage ;

- un trou (43) dans lequel ces languettes (44) sont pliées pendant le montage ;

- une languette (44) qui doit être pliée dans ledit trou (43) pendant le montage ;

- un bord intérieur (45) à plier vers le bas de 90° pendant le montage, pour rendre le dispositif plus raide ;

- une partie plate (46), coupée le long de la ligne continue, qui est à plier vers le bas d'abord de 90° le long d'une ligne (53) et ensuite encore de 90° le long d'une ligne (54) et finalement un dernier pliage de 90° de la partie avec les languettes (44) le long d'une ligne (55), en tenant ledit bord (42) à l'intérieur, pour que les languettes (44) se superposent dans les trous (43), et devenant ainsi un support pour le contenu des trous (13) et (27) ;

- un trou (47) qui peut être utilisé pour les couverts ou d'autres accessoires ;

- un trou (48) pour contenir un dessert ou d'autres accessoires ;

- une partie plate (49), coupée le long de la ligne continue, qui est à plier vers le bas d'abord de 90° le long d'une ligne (53) et ensuite encore de 90° le long d'une ligne (54) et ensuite la partie avec les languettes (44) encore de 90° le long de la ligne (55), en tenant le bord (42) à l'intérieur pour que la languette (44) se superpose dans ledit trou (43) et ainsi elle devient un support pour le contenu desdits trous (13) et (27) ;

- une partie plate (50), coupée le long de la ligne continue, qui est à plier vers le bas d'abord de 90° le long d'une ligne (53) et ensuite encore de 90° le long d'une ligne (54) et ensuite la partie avec les languettes (44) encore de 90° le long de la ligne (55), en tenant le bord (42) à l'intérieur pour que la languette (44) se superpose dans ledit trou (43) et devenant ainsi un support pour le contenu dudit trou (48) ;

- une ligne de pliage (51) ;

- une aile (52) pour tenir l'assiette ;

- une ligne de pliage (53) ;

- une ligne de pliage (54) ;

- une ligne de pliage (55) ;

- une ligne de pliage (56) ;

- une cavité creuse (57) pour positionner une assiette ;

- une cavité creuse (58) pour positionner une ou plusieurs petites tasses ;

- une cavité creuse (59) pour positionner une ou plusieurs tasses moyennes ou grandes.
