(57) An adapter kit (100) includes adapters (102) formed in adapter pairs to accommodate
couplers and jacks of various sizes. The adapters (102) are secured to a spline (114)
in a releasable manner. The spline (114) includes a central post (116) with cross
bars (118). Blanks (112) are secured to an angled cross bar (120).
