[0001] The present invention pertains to a mobile and foldable structure which allows for
a quick, easy and rational support of articles and/or equipment for many different
purposes.
[0002] In particular, the present invention relates to a mobile and foldable supporting
structure that can be advantageously used for mobile businesses.
[0003] Preferably but not exclusively, the structure according to the invention is particularly
adapted to be used as a display stand for advertising and /or selling articles at
fairs and open-air markets or as a workbench for mobile handicraft businesses.
[0004] Generally, the seller or the craftman with a mobile business load the articles of
merchandise, the utensils or other items needed for their businesses, on a truck,
or a similar commercial vehicle, and move their loaded stands from one work site to
another work site of a district.
[0005] One example of a mobile and foldable stand is described in DE 28503659.
[0006] Upon reaching the fair-site or the market-site, the seller or the craftman leaves
its commercial vehicle near the final location in the parking lot or field and, at
first, prepares the stand for displaying the articles to be sold or for supporting
the handicraft equipment.
[0007] Generally, the stand comprises one or more wooden planks or horizontal box containers,
of various sizes and shapes, which are simply supported on metallic sawhorses or similar
temporary structures.
[0008] Usually, the horizontal stand has vertically extending rods for holding and supporting
small shelves or racks which widen the displaying area for the merchandise or increase
the supporting area for the utensils.
[0009] As it is obvious, said structures are unstable and may fall off, tip over or collapse
due to accidental impacts or due a not uniform distribution of the wheight of the
merchandise with respect to the supporting points on the sawhorses.
[0010] Moreover, the operation for preparing the structure which supports the planks or
the box and for positioning the utensils and the merchandise to be displayed and/or
sold are time consuming with respect the relatively short duration of the fair or
of the open-air market.
[0011] In the case of merchandise composed of small and numerous articles that are to be
displayed one by one, such as articles of jewelry or knick-knack, for example, the
operation for preparing the display stand can require about two hours of working time.
[0012] Obviously, also the inverse operation for disassembling the display stand is time
consuming and it becomes particularly difficult and uncomfortable when the stand is
to be quickly disassembled in stormy weather conditions.
[0013] It is to be pointed out that the benches formed by more shelves or drawers of various
sizes are disadvantageous in that the seller must arrange them inside the commercial
vehicle in a casual and untidy way.
[0014] Therefore, the elements of the bench and also the merchandise displayed thereon,
and particularly the small goods, can be lost and are often arranged in such a occasional
position as not to ensure a correct preservation of their aesthetic, structural as
well as dimensional features.
[0015] It is known that some vehicles and trailers have been made with their inner space
permanently equipped with the display and sale equipment or the craft business equipment
in order to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks.
[0016] However, the equipping of such vehicles requires an heavy capital investment and
does not allow for that flexibility of use which is the more important feature for
those involved in mobile businesses.
[0017] At the end, there are to be pointed out the disadvantages arising from the use of
such vehicles when the markets or the fairs are situated inside a closed space or
in a location which is difficult to be reached by the vehicles of transport.
[0018] In these cases, the sellers or the craftmen provided with permanently equipped vehicles
can not reach the display spaces whereas the sellers or the craftmen provided with
the above described demountable benches must unload all the merchandise from the van
to trolleys, carts or the like and to move it, through numerous trips, between the
vehicle to the work location. As a consequence, this is both a time and energy consuming
operation whether to form the display stand or to disassemble the display area.
[0019] It is, therefore, a principal object of the present invention to solve the above
stated drawbacks by means of a mobile and foldable structure which allows for a quick,
easy and rational support of merchandise, articles and/or equipment for many different
purposes. Such a structure is described in claim 7.
[0020] Another important object of the present invention is to provide a structure of the
type described above which facilitates the operations for transporting, unloading,
mounting and disassembling of a display stand for advertising and /or selling articles
as well as of a workbench for mobile handicraft businesses.
[0021] It is a further object of the present invention to disclose a mobile and foldable
structure which facilitates the operations for displaying the merchandise to be sold
or the handicraft equipment to be used as well as the operations for re-arranging
the merchandise or the handicraft equipment inside the transport vehicle.
[0022] It is still another object of this invention to provide a mobile and foldable supporting
structure which enables the seller or the craftsman to move, in a single trip between
the vehicle and the work location, all that is necessary to assemble the display stand
or the workbench.
[0023] In the end, it is a further object of this invention to provide a mobile and foldable
supporting structure which allows the merchandise and the equipment necessary to make
the display stand or the workbench to be stored and maintained in a correct, tidy
and safe position in any type of transport vehicle.
[0024] These and other objects are attained according to the invention by a multi-purpose,
mobile and foldable supporting structure having the hereinafter claimed features.

[0026] The description and the figures refer to an exemplifying use of the structure according
to the invention for making a stand for displaying and selling small articles as small
ornaments, small pieces jewelry of not great value or the like.
[0027] With particular reference to the Figures 1 through 10, the structure 40 according
to the invention comprises a central frame 41 (Figures 5 through 10) which is substantially
constituted of a horizontal portion 42 and a vertical portion 43 (Figures 3 through
4) both quadrangular in shape and joined together according to a "L" shaped configuration.
[0028] In a per se known manner, the central frame 41 and its horizontal 42 and vertical
43 portions are made of metallic draw pieces which are preferably formed from aluminum
extruded with a quadrangular cross-section.
[0029] Said draw pieces can be reciprocally connected to each other whether in a removable
manner, by means of known screw connecting devices, or in a not removable manner by
means of welding processes.
[0030] Obviously, the removable fastening is preferable to the permanent fixing because
the structure 40 may be modified, dimensioned and adjusted to accommodate the specific
requirements of its user.
[0031] Three pairs of height adjustable wheels 44, 45 and 46, of the caster-swivel type
movable about a vertical axis, are associated with the central frame 41.

vehicle 140, to move the structure 40 to the work location and to form the display
stand in its working configuration does not take more than ten minutes.

for transporting, mounting and assembling by approximately 1 hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours
with respect to the time required by the traditional display stands.

articles as well as of a workbench for mobile handicraft businesses.

scope defined by the following claims with reference to the accompanying drawings
and thence from the protection extent of the present industrial invention.

(e.g. bottled wine) and, therefore, it may be equipped with components which are suited
to display foods and drinks, components which are adapted to retain the bottles in

this and other objects, the vertical frames of the structure 40 can be made of various
heights, of fixed or of foldable type and it can be provided with simple horizontal
rods instead of the shelves 72 for displaying merchandise that is more adapted to
be hooked than placed on a surface.
1. Mobile and foldable structure (40) for supporting articles and/or equipment for many
different purposes and in particular for mobile businesses, characterized in that it comprises: a central frame (41-110-121), which is constituted of a horizontal
portion (42) and a vertical portion (43) joined together according to a "L" shaped
configuration, and which is provided with more pairs of height adjustable wheels (44,
45, 46), more horizontal frameworks (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) are hinged to at least
a side of said central frame (41-1 10-121) in such a way as to translate between a
vertical resting position, wherein they are held by retaining means (91, 92), and
a horizontal working position wherein they are held by pivoting support means (60),
more vertical frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) are hinged to at least a vertical
side of said central frame (41-110-121) in such a way as to translate between a folded
resting position and an opened working position and they are provided with manually
operated means (65, 66 and 67) which are suited to retain them in their correct working
and resting positions; wherein the central frame (41-110-121) delimits, together with
said horizontal (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) and vertical frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128)
in their folded resting positions, a compact box-shaped structure which is suited
to house all the means needed to assemble a display stand or a craft working bench
or an advertising stand for tasting foods and beverages and which is slidably movable
on said pairs of height adjustable wheels (44, 45 and 46) between the loading floor
(141) of any vehicle (140) and the site where the display stand or the workbench is
to be assembled and used.
2. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the claim 1, characterized in that more reciprocally hinged horizontal frameworks (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) are hingedly
connected to at least two opposite horizontal sides of said central frame (41-110-121),
and that more reciprocally hinged vertical frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) are
hingedly connected to at least two opposite vertical sides of said central frame (41-110-121.
3. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the claim 1, characterized in that each vertical framework (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) is hinged to the adjacent horizontal
framework (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) in such a way as to pivot, about a horizontal
axis, between a vertical working position and a horizontal resting position wherein
each of the vertical frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) is coplanar and housed within
the respective horizontal framework (58, 59-103, 104-111-123).
4. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the claim 1, characterized in that said central frame (41-110-121) is preferably made of metallic draw pieces which
are reciprocally connected to each other to form a horizontal portion (42) and a vertical
portion (43) both quadrangular in shape and joined together according to a "L" shaped
configuration.
5. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a first pair of suspended wheels (44) provided with height adjustable
legs (47), a second pair of wheels (45) provided with legs (51) which are pivoting
about a horizontal axis, a third pair of wheels (46) provided with legs (55) which
are slidably retractable in vertical direction with respect to the frame (41-110-121).
6. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said horizontal frameworks (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) are quadrangular in shape e
and are pivotable, about horizontal axes, to translate between a vertical resting
position, wherein they are correctly retained by latching devices (91, 92), and a
horizontal working position wherein they are supported by supporting legs (60) which
are pivotable, about a horizontal axis, between a resting position, wherein the legs
(60) are housed in a substantially coplanar position within their respective frameworks
(58, 59-103, 104-111-123), and a vertical working position, wherein the legs (60)
are correctly kept by jointed supporting levers (62) of well known type, said horizontal
frameworks (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) being adapted to support worktops (127) and/or
equipment (122) and/or mechanical tools (124, 125, 126) and/or containers (80) for
displaying the merchandise to be sold.
7. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said vertical frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) are quadrangular in shape and
are provided with manually operated means (65, 66 and 67) which are adapted to retain
them in the correct working and resting positions; said vertical frameworks (70, 71-100,
101-112-128) being adapted to house horizontal rods and/or wall panels (129) equipped
for supporting articles and/or containers and/or tools and/or equipment and/or foldable
shelves (72) which are hinged in such a way as to be pivotable between a resting position,
which is coplanar with the respective framework (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) and a working
position which is substantially orthogonal with respect to the respective framework
(70, 71-100, 101-112-128).
8. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said displaying containers (80) can be stacked one above the other by means of the
cooperative association between recesses (81) obtained in their upper edges and corresponding
protrusions (82) made in their lower edges.
9. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said horizontal frameworks (58, 59-103,104-111-123) and said vertical frameworks
(70, 71-100, 101-112-128) are foldable to enclose said central frame (41-110-121)
and said stacked display containers (80) as a box-shaped structure which is slidably
movable on at least said second (45) and third pair of wheels (46)
10. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that during the operations for loading the structure (40) into any transport vehicle (140)
said first pair of suspended wheels (44) is adapted to engage the loading floor (141)
of the vehicle (140), that said second pair of pivotable wheels (45) is adapted to
pivot towards the central frame (41-110-121) and to engage the loading floor (141)
of the transport vehicle (140) near the supporting legs (55) of said third pair of
wheels (46), that said third pair of wheels (46) is slidably retractable towards the
central frame (41-110-121) until said third pair of wheels (46) engages the loading
floor (141) of the transport vehicle (140) for supporting the structure (40) within
the transport vehicle (140) in cooperation with the pair of suspended wheels (44)
and the pivoting wheels (45).
11. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said display elements (80) have a box-like shape and the upper/outer edge of each
box-like container (80) presents a recess (81) while its lower/inner edge presents
a corresponding protrusion (82), said recesses (81) being suited to engage said protrusions
(82) thus enabling the box-like containers (80) to be stacked in a single pile which
can be housed within the space delimited by the central frame (41 - 110 - 121) and
by the vertical closed frameworks (70, 71-100, 101-112-128), each of the containers
(80) being further provided with an intermediate shelf (83) on which is placed a gypsum
board panel (84) preferably coated with a removable layer of fabric , the underside
of the shelf (83) houses a square panel (85) of spongy and elastic material that serves
to elastically retain in a correct position the merchandise (M) displayed on the underlying
display container (80) during transportation.
12. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that a spacer (86), which is substantially constituted of a perimetrical frame which has
a shape essentially equal to the shape of the perimetrical frame of the display containers
(80), may be interposed between two stacked display elements (80) when the merchandise
(P) is more bulky than the interspace between two stacked display elements (80); the
upper and lower eges of said spacer (86) are respectively provided with the same recesses
(81) and the same protrusions (82) provided in the upper and lower edges of the display
elements (80).
13. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said display elements (80) are constituted by parallelepipedal baskets that are suited
to preferably contain dressing articles.
14. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said central frame (121) comprises one or more sliding guiding plates (122) which
are adpted to support mechanical working tools (124,125,126), that said horizontal
frameworks (123) that are adjacent to the central frame (121) can be equipped with
wooden worktops (127) and that said vertical frameworks (128) can be advantageously
equipped with panels (129) suitable for supporting various types of tools usable in
mobile handicraft businesses.
15. Mobile and foldable structure (40) according to the previous claims, characterized in that said structure (40) is usable for displaying and tasting foods and beverages and
it may be equipped with components which are allowing the support of all the means
needed for tasting foods and drinks.

für viele verschiedene Zwecke und insbesondere für mobile Geschäfte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst: einen zentralen Rahmen (41-110-121), der aus einem horizontalen Abschnitt
(42) und einem vertikalen Abschnitt (43) gebildet wird, die gemäß einer L-förmigen
Konfiguration miteinander verbunden sind, und der mit mehreren Paaren von höhenverstellbaren
Rädern (44, 45, 46) versehen ist, wobei mehrere horizontale Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123)
an mindestens einer Seite des zentralen Rahmens (41-110-121) derart angelenkt sind,
dass sie zwischen einer vertikalen Ruheposition, in welcher sie durch Festhaltemittel
(91, 92) festgehalten werden, und einer horizontalen Arbeitsposition, in welcher sie
durch Schwenkträgermittel (60) festgehalten werden, verschoben werden können, wobei
mehrere vertikale Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) an mindestens einer vertikalen
Seite des zentralen Rahmens (41-110-121) derart angelenkt sind, dass sie zwischen
einer zusammengeklappten Ruheposition und einer geöffneten Arbeitsposition verschoben
werden können, und sie sind mit von Hand bedienten Mitteln (65, 66 und 67) versehen,
welche geeignet sind, um diese in deren richtiger Arbeitsposition und Ruheposition
festzuhalten; wobei der zentrale Rahmen (41-110-121) gemeinsam mit den horizontalen
Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) und den vertikalen Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128)
in deren zusammengeklappten Ruhepositionen eine kompakte kistenförmige Konstruktion
begrenzt, die geeignet ist, um alle Mittel aufzunehmen, die benötigt werden, um einen
Präsentationsstand oder eine Werkbank für Handwerker oder einen Werbestand zum Verkosten
von Speisen und Getränken zusammenzubauen, und welche auf den Paaren von höhenverstellbaren
Rädern (44, 45 und 46) zwischen der Ladefläche (141) eines beliebigen Fahrzeugs (140)
und dem Ort, wo der Präsentationsstand oder die Werkbank zusammengebaut und verwendet
werden soll, gleitend beweglich ist.
2. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere gegenseitig angelenkte horizontale Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) mit mindestens
zwei entgegengesetzten horizontalen Seiten des zentralen Rahmens (41-110-121) gelenkig
verbunden sind, und dass mehrere gegenseitig angelenkte vertikale Rahmen (70, 71-100,
101-112-128) mit mindestens zwei entgegengesetzten vertikalen Seiten des zentralen
Rahmens (41-110-121) gelenkig verbunden sind.
3. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder vertikale Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) an dem benachbarten horizontalen
Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) derart angelenkt ist, dass er sich um eine horizontale
Achse zwischen einer vertikalen Arbeitsposition und einer horizontalen Ruheposition
schwenken lässt, wobei jeder der vertikalen Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) koplanar
ist und innerhalb des entsprechenden horizontalen Rahmens (58, 59-103, 104-111-123)
untergebracht ist.
4. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Rahmen (41-110-121) vorzugsweise aus gezogenen metallischen Stücken
hergestellt ist, die gegenseitig miteinander verbunden sind, um einen horizontalen
Abschnitt (42) und einen vertikalen Abschnitt (43) zu bilden, die beide von viereckiger
Gestalt sind und gemäß einer L-förmigen Konfiguration miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein erstes Paar von herabhängenden Rädern (44), die mit höhenverstellbaren Beinen
(47) ausgestattet sind, ein zweites Paar von Rädern (45), die mit Beinen (51) ausgestattet
sind, welche sich um eine horizontale Achse schwenken lassen, ein drittes Paar von
Rädern (46), die mit Beinen (55) ausgestattet sind, welche in vertikaler Richtung
in Bezug auf den Rahmen (41-110-121) gleitend einfahrbar sind, umfasst.
6. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) von viereckiger Gestalt sind und
um horizontale Achsen schwenkbar sind, um sich verschieben zu lassen zwischen einer
vertikalen Ruheposition, in welcher sie durch Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (91, 92)
geeignet festgehalten werden, und einer horizontalen Arbeitsposition, in welcher sie
durch Stützbeine (60) gestützt werden, die um eine horizontale Achse zwischen einer
Ruheposition, in welcher die Beine (60) in einer im Wesentlichen koplanaren Position
innerhalb ihres entsprechenden Rahmens (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) und einer vertikalen
Arbeitsposition, in welcher die Beine (60) durch gelenkige Stützhebel (62) von einem
bestens bekannten Typ geeignet gehalten werden, schwenkbar sind, wobei die horizontalen
Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) ausgebildet sind, um Arbeitsplatten (127) und/oder
Ausrüstungen (122) und/oder mechanische Werkzeuge (124, 125, 126) und/oder Behälter
(80) zum Präsentieren der zu verkaufenden Waren aufzunehmen.
7. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) von viereckiger Gestalt sind und
mit von Hand bedienten Mitteln (65, 66 und 67) ausgestattet sind, die ausgebildet
sind, um diese in der geeigneten Arbeitsposition und Ruheposition festzuhalten; wobei
die vertikalen Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) ausgebildet sind, um horizontale Stangen
und/oder Wandpaneele (129) aufzunehmen, die zum Aufnehmen von Artikeln und/oder Behältern
und/oder Werkzeugen und/oder Ausrüstungen und/oder klappbaren Regalen (72) ausgestattet
sind, die derart angelenkt sind, dass sie zwischen einer Ruheposition, die mit dem
entsprechenden Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) koplanar ist, und einer Arbeitsposition,
die im Wesentlichen orthogonal in Bezug auf den entsprechenden Rahmen (70, 71-100,
101-112-128) ist, schwenkbar sind.
8. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Präsentationsbehälter (80) durch die zusammenwirkende Verbindung zwischen Ausnehmungen
(81), die in deren oberen Kanten hergestellt werden, und entsprechenden Vorsprüngen
(82), die in deren unteren Kanten hergestellt werden, übereinander gestapelt werden
können.
9. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Rahmen (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) und die vertikalen Rahmen (70,
71-100, 101-112-128) klappbar sind, um den zentralen Rahmen (41-110-121) und die gestapelten
Präsentationsbehälter (80) als kistenförmige Konstruktion zu umschließen, welche auf
mindestens dem zweiten (45) und dritten Paar von Rädern (46) gleitend beweglich ist.
10. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Vorgänge zum Aufladen der Konstruktion (40) in ein beliebiges Transportfahrzeug
(140) das erste Paar von herabhängenden Rädern (44) ausgebildet ist, um mit der Ladefläche
(141) des Fahrzeugs (140) in Eingriff zu gelangen, dass das zweite Paar von schwenkbaren
Rädern (45) ausgebildet ist, um zu dem zentralen Rahmen (41-110-121) hingeschwenkt
zu werden und mit der Ladefläche (141) des Transportfahrzeugs (140) nahe den Stützbeinen
(55) des dritten Paares von Rädern (46) in Eingriff zu gelangen, dass das dritte Paar
von Rädern (46) zu dem zentralen Rahmen (41-110-121) hin gleitend einfahrbar ist,
bis das dritte Paar von Rädern (46) zum Abstützen der Konstruktion (40) innerhalb
des Transportfahrzeugs (140) in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Paar von herabhängenden Rädern
(44) und den schwenkbaren Rädern (45) mit der Ladefläche (141) des Transportfahrzeugs
(140) in Eingriff gelangt.
11. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Präsentationselemente (80) eine kistenförmige Gestalt aufweisen und die obere/äußere
Kante jedes kistenartigen Behälters (80) eine Ausnehmung (81) aufweist, während seine
untere/innere Kante einen entsprechenden Vorsprung (82) aufweist, wobei die Ausnehmungen
(81) geeignet sind, mit den Vorsprüngen (82) in Eingriff zu gelangen, wodurch ermöglicht
wird, die kistenartigen Behälter (80) in einem einzigen Stapel zu stapeln, der innerhalb
des Raums untergebracht werden kann, welcher durch den zentralen Rahmen (41-110-121)
und durch die vertikalen geschlossenen Rahmen (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) begrenzt wird,
wobei jeder der Behälter (80) ferner mit einem Zwischenregal (83) bestückt ist, auf
welchen eine Gipskartonplatte (84) angeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise mit einer entfernbaren
Schicht aus Textilstoff überzogen ist, wobei die Unterseite des Regals (83) ein quadratisches
Paneel (85) aus schwammigem und elastischem Material aufnimmt, welches dazu dient,
die Waren (M), die auf dem darunterliegenden Präsentationsbehälter (80) präsentiert
werden, während des Transports elastisch in einer geeigneten Position festzuhalten.
12. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstandhalter (86), der im Wesentlichen durch einen Umfangsrahmen gebildet ist,
welcher eine Gestalt aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Gestalt des Umfangsrahmens
der Präsentationsbehälter (80) ist, zwischen zwei gestapelten Präsentationselementen
(80) angeordnet werden kann, wenn die Waren (P) sperriger als der Zwischenraum zwischen
zwei gestapelten Präsentationselementen (80) sind, wobei die obere und die untere
Kante des Abstandhalters (86) jeweils mit denselben Ausnehmungen (81) und denselben
Vorsprüngen (82) versehen sind, die in den oberen und den unteren Kanten der Präsentationselemente
(80) vorgesehen sind.
13. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Präsentationselemente (80) durch parallelepipedförmiger Körbe gebildet werden,
die geeignet sind, um vorzugsweise Kleidungsartikel aufzunehmen.
14. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Rahmen (121) eine oder mehrere gleitende Führungsplatten (122) umfasst,
welche ausgebildet sind, um mechanische Arbeitswerkzeuge (124, 125, 126) aufzunehmen,
dass die horizontalen Rahmen (123), welche dem zentralen Rahmen (121) benachbart sind,
mit Arbeitsplatten (127) aus Holz bestückt werden können, und dass die vertikalen
Rahmen (128) zweckmäßigerweise mit Paneelen (129) bestückt werden können, die sich
zum Aufnehmen verschiedener Arten von Werkzeugen, die in mobilen Handwerksbetrieben
einsetzbar sind, eignen.
15. Mobile und klappbare Konstruktion (40) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktion (40) zum Präsentieren und Verkosten von Speisen und Getränken verwendbar
ist und mit Komponenten bestückt werden kann, welche das Aufnehmen aller zum Verkosten
von Speisen und Getränken benötigten Mittel ermöglichen.

de boîte compacte qui est appropriée pour loger tous les moyens nécessaires pour assembler

déguster des produits alimentaires et des boissons et qui est mobile de façon coulissante
sur lesdites paires de roues réglables en hauteur (44, 45, 46) entre le sol de chargement

horizontale adjacente (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) de manière telle à pivoter, sur un

dans laquelle chacune des armatures verticales (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) est coplanaire

en hauteur (47), une deuxième paire de roues (45) pourvue de pieds (51) qui pivotent
sur un axe horizontal, une troisième paire de roues (46) pourvue de pieds (55) qui
sont rétractables de façon coulissante dans une direction verticale par rapport au
cadre (41-110-121).
6. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites armatures horizontales (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) sont de forme quadrangulaire
et peuvent pivoter, sur des axes horizontaux, pour se translater entre une position
de repos verticale, dans laquelle elles sont correctement retenues par des dispositifs
de verrouillage (91, 92), et une position de travail horizontale dans laquelle elles
sont supportées par des pieds de support (60) qui peuvent pivoter, sur un axe horizontal,
entre une position de repos, dans laquelle les pieds (60) sont logés dans une position
sensiblement coplanaire à l'intérieur de leurs armatures respectives (58, 59-103,
104-111-123), et une position de travail verticale, dans laquelle les pieds (60) sont
correctement maintenus par des leviers de support joints (62) de type bien connu,
lesdites armatures horizontales (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) étant adaptées pour supporter
des plans de travail (127) et/ou des équipements (122) et/ou des outils mécaniques
(124, 125, 126) et/ou des récipients (80) pour présenter la marchandise destinée à

les retenir dans les positions de travail et de repos correctes ; lesdites armatures
verticales (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) étant adaptées pour loger des tiges horizontales
et/ou des panneaux muraux (129) équipés pour supporter des articles et/ou des récipients
et/ou des outils et/ou des équipements et/ou des étagères pliables (72) qui sont articulés
de manière telle à pouvoir pivoter entre une position de repos, qui est coplanaire
avec l'armature respective (70, 71-100, 101-112-128) et une position de travail qui
est sensiblement orthogonale par rapport à l'armature respective (70, 71-100, 101-112-128).
8. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits récipients de présentation (80) peuvent être empilés les uns sur les autres
au moyen de l'association coopérative entre des évidements (81) obtenus dans leurs
bords supérieurs et des protubérances correspondantes (82) réalisées dans leurs bords
inférieurs.
9. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites armatures horizontales (58, 59-103, 104-111-123) et lesdites armatures verticales
(70, 71-100, 101-112-128) sont pliables pour enfermer ledit cadre central (41-110-121)
et lesdits récipients de présentation empilés (80) en tant que structure en forme
de boîte qui est mobile de façon coulissante sur au moins lesdites deuxième (45) et
troisième (46) paires de roues.
10. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au cours des opérations pour charger la structure (40) dans un véhicule de transport
quelconque (140), ladite première paire de roues suspendues (44) est adaptée pour
entrer en prise avec le sol de chargement (141) du véhicule (140), que ladite deuxième
paire de roues pouvant pivoter (45) est adaptée pour pivoter vers le cadre central
(41-110-121) et pour entrer en prise avec le sol de chargement (141) du véhicule de
transport (140) près des pieds de support (55) de ladite troisième paire de roues
(46), que ladite troisième paire de roues (46) est rétractable de façon coulissante
vers le cadre central (41-110-121) jusqu'à ce que ladite troisième paire de roues
(46) entre en prise avec le sol de chargement (141) du véhicule de transport (140)
pour supporter la structure (40) à l'intérieur du véhicule de transport (140) en coopération
avec la paire de roues suspendues(44) et les roues pivotantes (45).
11. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments de présentation (80) ont une forme de boîte et le bord supérieur/extérieur
de chaque récipient en forme de boîte (80) présente un évidement (81) alors que son
bord inférieur/intérieur présente une protubérance correspondante (82), lesdits évidements
(81) étant appropriés pour entrer en prise avec lesdites protubérances (82) permettant
ainsi aux récipients en forme de boîte (80) d'être empilés dans une pile unique qui
peut être logée à l'intérieur de l'espace délimité par le cadre central (41-110-121)
et par les armatures fermées verticales (70, 71-100, 101-112-128), chacun des récipients
(80) étant en outre pourvu d'une étagère intermédiaire (83) sur laquelle est placé
un panneau en carton-plâtre (84) de préférence enduit avec une couche amovible de
tissu, la sous-face de l'étagère (83) loge un panneau carré (85) de matériau spongieux
et élastique qui sert à retenir de façon élastique dans une position correcte la marchandise
(M) présentée sur le récipient de présentation sous-jacent (80) au cours du transport.
12. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une entretoise (86), qui est constituée sensiblement d'un cadre périmétrique qui a
une forme essentiellement égale à la forme du cadre périmétrique des récipients de
présentation (80), peut être interposée entre deux éléments de présentation empilés
(80) lorsque la marchandise (P) est plus volumineuse que l'intervalle entre deux éléments
de présentation empilés (80) ; les bords supérieur et inférieur de ladite entretoise
(86) sont respectivement pourvus des mêmes évidements (81) et des mêmes protubérances
(82) fournis dans les bords supérieurs et inférieurs des éléments de présentation
(80).
13. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments de présentation (80) sont constitués par des paniers parallélépipédiques
qui sont appropriés pour contenir de préférence des articles d'habillage.
14. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit cadre central (121) comprend une ou plusieurs plaques de guidage coulissantes
(122) qui sont adaptées pour supporter des outils de travail mécaniques (124, 125,
126), que lesdites armatures horizontales (123) qui sont adjacentes au cadre central
(121) peuvent être équipées de plans de travail en bois (127) et que lesdites armatures
verticales (128) peuvent être avantageusement équipées de panneaux (129) appropriés
pour supporter divers types d'outils utilisables dans des commerces d'artisanat itinérants.
15. Structure mobile et pliable (40) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite structure (40) est utilisable pour présenter et faire déguster des produits
alimentaires et des boissons et elle peut être équipée de composants qui permettent
le support de tous les moyens nécessaires pour la dégustation des produits alimentaires
et des boissons.
