(57) The invention is a new prefabricated modular element for containing the weight of floors with brick-cement lattice beams or concrete slabs (preslabs), made of a thermoformed plastic material and complete with a smooth and/or ribbed top surface and at least two or more sides (E1, E2), suitable for being placed between two joists or lattice beams on top of the reinforced brick base elements or hollow tiles. The ends are complete with mutually-engaging hook-up devices.
