(57) The invention relates to a modular building system for constructing buildings, such
as e.g. houses, offices and business accommodations, comprising various modular elements,
and in which said modular building system is erected on a fixed base or supporting
structure, in which two or more modular building parts can be assembled from a number
of different modules, with at least one modular building part being a corner part.
The corner part is a very stable construction element serving as starting point allowing
for quickly erecting a stable structure, in which no tools are required and the fastening
means can be mounted by hand as well. At the same time, a stable roof structure is
provided, enclosing a lower flat roof part intended for mounting facilities like satellite
dish, solar boiler and solar cells, for example.
