(57) An automatic machine for filling medicinal capsules comprising a separation station, where the head (TC) of each capsule is separated from the respective body (CC), wherein there are provided a separation device, consisting of a plurality of suction nozzles (42) holding the said capsule bodies (CC) adherent to openings or seats of capsule body holders (19) by pneumatic suction which takes place through the same openings or seats of the capsule body holders (19), and an approaching device which causes capsule head holders (18) to approach the capsule body holders (19), said suction nozzles (42) being movable from and to the capsule body holders (19) by means of a corresponding pneumatic cylinder (41), said approaching device being operated by means of a corresponding pneumatic cylinder (38).
