(57) Disclosed herein is a drum type washing machine. The drum type washing machine comprises front and rear balancers (80,85) mounted at the front and rear sides of a drum (30), respectively. Consequently, an eccentric force generated by laundry (90,95) is complementarily eliminated by the front and rear balancers (80,85) even when the laundry (90,95) is eccentrically placed at one side of the drum (30).
