(54)	A method of subscriber data control in a mobile communication network

(57) A subscriber data control method in a mobile communication network in which a mobile station performs location registration by transmitting a location registration request signal to a destination mobile switching center if the mobile station moves from a source service area controlled by a source mobile switching center to a destination service area controlled by the destination mobile switching center, said method comprising: transmitting a subscriber data request signal from said destination mobile switching center to a home mobile switching center in response to said location registration request from said mobile station, analysing in said home mobile switching center whether said subscriber data request signal indicates that a transfer of subscriber data of the mobile station to said destination mobile switching center is not required, and not transmitting subscriber data of said mobile station from said home mobile switching center to said destination mobile switching center in response to said subscriber data request, if said home mobile switching center has analysed that a transfer of subscriber data of the mobile station to said destination mobile switching center is not required.
