capable of sheltering solid, being its use more adapted in the hermetic ones called.
This system is adhered or joined the packing(package), preferably in its low part
and to the opened being unfold in form that is alike a saucepan or spade.
[0002] The system has the capacity to be opened and to be closed preserving this way, the
inscrutability of the packing(package) and avoiding the spilling of the content.
[0003] As for the packing(package), it is a question of a plastic surface adhered to the
carton in its interior part forming one everything(all).

PRECEDENTS OF THE INVENTION
[0005] This type of opening facilitates the eviction of the content, without having to overtum
all the packing(package), since (as) it happens with the best existing opening at
present. Being simpler its dosing, without spillings
[0006] There are known the nourishing packings(packages) composed by 2 elements: the cardboard
and in its interior a bag(stock exchange) of plastic material; that present great
difficulty in the moment of the eviction of the content, on having had to extract
the interior bag(stock exchange) and the content handle, frequently with a little
saucepan or spoon if one is tried to accede to the lowest half of the same one.
[0007] This new packing(package) will support equally its hermetism and will facilitate
his(its) manufacture and its managing, since the content slips better towards the
outside, on having joined the plastic part to the carton.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The opening presents a lid(snack) with a part adhered to the packing(package) and
other one with a sufficient elasticity to be opened and to be closed repeatedly without
losing its capacity, both can be independent or forming a plait. In the most top part
of both elements that compose it a rim or crack will be placed for a total and perfect
closing.
[0009] In to part adhered to the packing(package) exists a hollow with direct access to
the interior of the packing(package) and therefore, to its content. For the first
application it will be necessary to withdraw a plastic strip that exercises the mission
of to seal the packing(package).
[0010] The unfolding of the part not fixed to the packing(package), it does that forms a
species(kind) of spade or saucepan where the content lodges before being evacuated
on the outside, which allows that for certain cases, is an advantage at the moment

then this material, fundamentally, is based on this system: realized(fulfilled) only
in cardboard and a plastic film adhered to the same one. Since the solid ones do not
need so many protection since(as) the liquids it will not be another necessary type
of material as the aluminium, which involves(bears) to economize the manufacturing
process and the cost of the final product.
DESCRIPTION FOR A FAVORITE ACCOMPLISHMENT
[0012] The system in question, consists of a piece of a hard material, already it is plastic
or not. The piece 1 is provided with a longitudinal hollow 2, in communication with
the interior of the packing(package) 3.

in the lowest part or in any another appropriate zone, of all kinds of packings(packages)
capablly of sheltering solidly (in all its forms and materials), as well as its design

detached the advantages that there presents the system of opening and closing and
the packing(package) proposed with regard to other realized precedents.

of the system in the lowest part, instead of the most top part of the packing(package),
being simpler the dosing of the content.
[0016] Besides if we join to this system the proposed packing(package), the absence of the
piece or bag(stock exchange), which normally joins release inside the packing(package),
simplifies the evacuation and facilitates the slide of the content.
[0017] Thanks to the uniformity of the system of opening, it is easily adaptable to the
packings(packages), and its manufacture is simple and of under cost on having treated
itself about a flat piece, though with the capacity to spread out in three-dimensional
form.
