(54) Multichannel sound reproduction apparatus and multichannel sound adjustment method


(57) Loudspeakers are sequentially selected by input/output switches and switched to the sound output mode, while the other non-selected loudspeakers are switched to the sound input mode. A loudspeaker in the sound output mode emits a test sound, and the other loudspeakers function as microphones to collect the test sound. The delay time and signal level of a reproduction sound signal are controlled based on a sound signal generated according to the collected test sound.
