Multidimensional spacer for iron rods |
(57) Multidimensional spacer for iron rods used in concrete applications made in any polymer
and used to keep distance from iron to the formwork, following the international rules
in this field.
|

|
[0001] The iron rods concrete components should be, in accordance to the international rules,
imbibed by the concrete keeping a distance from the perimeter of a regular distance
in such a way that they can't be in contact with air in order to avoid the corrosion,
putting in risk all the concrete structure.
[0002] That's why the most important international rules recommend and impose a distance
of involving concrete which can, efficiently cover the iron rod.
[0003] To assure and guarantee this distance professional use many materials like small
pieces of concrete, small stones or plastic. When plastic is used the pieces serves
only for two or three diameters and no more. With this invention we can use any kind
of material (most plastic or recycled plastic) giving it the possibility of joining
the parts one to other with a single and light finger pressure giving to the parts
joined the diameter we want adjustable to the iron rod.
[0004] That way we can get, with this invention, a universal spacer piece which can involve
all the used iron diameters.
[0005] Like we can see in Fig 1 and 2 the spacer is made in a way that keeps always the
same exterior distance.
1. The iron rods concrete components should, in accordance to the international rules,
be imbibed by the concrete keeping a distance from the concrete perimeter in such
a way that they can't be in contact with air in order to avoid the corrosion, putting
in risk all the concrete structure; usually spacers are made of many materials and
with this invention, multidimensional spacer for iron rods are characterised in that by to be composed by two different pieces ("male and female" which constitute a spacer
that suffering a small finger contraction ( Fig 1 and 2) can be adjustable to all
iron rod diameters used in civil construction, and fixed by an indent design always
keeping the same distance to the periphery of concrete.
2. Multidimensional spacer for iron rods, characterised by to be composed into two pieces which can be adjustable, and indent fixed, to all
rod diameters used in civil construction, always keeping the same distance to the
concrete periphery
3. Multidimensional spacer for iron rods characterised by to be made of any plastic or recycled plastic or any other appropriate material.
4. Multidimensional spacer for iron rods, characterised by always keeping the same distance to the mould concrete perimeter, do not oscillate
or extricate from the iron.
