[0001] This invention relates to a washer/dryer comprising a group of door which can be mounted to be opened and closed preferably towards the right and left of the front panel.

[0002] In state of art, doors used in the washer/dryers especially in the washing machines are opened in one direction preferably in right or left direction of the washer/dryer. When it is requested to be opened in both directions, modifications are made either on the door or the hinge of the door. However problems may arise for the user when they are made on the doors having on knobs or indicators operating with electricity and hinges having cables on conveying the voltage to these parts.

[0003] In prior art, International Patent Application No. WO02/14593 defines the operation of the indicator and the control panel by means of the cables near the hinge.

[0004] US3883201 discloses a washing machine in which the cable connection is provided over the hinge.

[0005] US3042471 defines a cable connection over a movable hinge for household appliances.

[0006] The object of this invention is to realize a washer/dryer comprising a group of doors which can be mounted to be opened and closed preferably in right or left direction of the front panel and to provide connection of the cables for the parts on such as knobs and indicators with the network voltage supply and the machine itself without any damage for the users while using and placing.

[0039] Washer/dryers (1) preferably front loaded washing machines comprise a group of doors (2) preferably in the circular form which can be opened and closed for the placement and removal of the laundry to be washed and/or dried, a front panel (30) on which the group of doors is attached, more than one panel door replacement housing (31) which provide the use of the group of doors in the requested direction, a locking mechanism (35) which locks the group of doors (2), a bolt (34) which provides the operation of the locking mechanism (35), a hinge (5) which is attached to the group of doors (2) and provides the opening and closing of the group of doors (2), a housing camouflage plate (32) near the hinge (5) which covers the openings on the panel door replacement housing (31) without preventing the operation of the hinge (5) and a housing covering plate (33) far from the hinge which covers the openings on the panel door replacement housing (31) without preventing the operation of the bolt (34).

[0040] Hinge (5) comprises a hinge holder (6) which fixes it, preferably as a single part, one or more stoppers (39) which prevent its motion more than the required amount, one or more cable protection extension (40) which provides the attachment of the cables and protection from any damage during its motion and one or more clip holes (36) by which preferably the string clips and cables are attached which provide the proper placement of the cables into the cable protection extension (40) in required order and prevention from leaving from its place or any possible damage which may arise from their compression or extension during its movement.

[0043] Inner door (4) comprises one or more transparent door fixation extension (10) one or more transparent door guidance projection (11) used to stop the transparent door (7) in the right position when it is required to be rotated in an unsymmetrical form, a hinge housing (12) in which the hinge (5) is placed, at least two control card housings (9) having the same form placed symmetrically onto both sides of the hinge housing (12) onto which the control card (17) and/or the control panel (16) are placed, one or more socket housings (13) providing the connection of the cable on the hinge (5) near the hinge housing (12) facing the control card housings (9) with the group of doors (2) and one or more cable housing (14) providing the attachment of the cables extending along the socket housing (13) to the control card (17) between the hinge housing (12) and the control card housings (9).

[0044] Hinge holder (6) comprises one or more cable pusher (24), which prevents the damage to the cables extending from the hinge (5) due to the motion of the hinge (5).

[0045] When the group of doors (2) is mounted, the hinge (5) is placed into the hinge housing (12) and the fixed by the hinge holder (6). After the hinge (5) is fixed, the control panel (16) is placed to the control panel housing (15), the control card (17) is placed to the control card housing (9) and cable housings (14) attached to the control card (17) and the socket at the edge of the cables is placed to the socket housing (13) according to the opening direction of the group of doors (2). Socket cable on the hinge (5) is plugged into the socket placed into the socket housing (13). Following the assembly of the inner door (4), outer door (3) is attached onto the inner door (4).

[0046] When the direction of the group of doors (2) is required to be changed, the inner door (4) is separated from the outer door (3) and the hinge holder (6), the hinge (5), the control panel (16), the control card (17) and the connection cables are disassembled. The outer door (3) remains fixed due to the position of the control panel (16) and the inner door (4) is rotated by 180 degrees such that the control panel (16) is faced against to the control card housing (9). In this position, the control card (17) is attached to the other control card housing (9) and the control panel (16) is mounted on it, and then the hinge (5) is fixed by the hinge holder (6), the cables on the hinge (5) are connected to the control card (17) by means of the male and female sockets (41, 42). After the inner door is mounted, the outer door (3) is attached onto the inner door (4). Therefore, the opening direction of the group of doors (2) is changed easily without changing the place of the control panel housing (15).

[0047] The washer/dryer (1), which is the subject of the invention, can be easily mounted together with the group of doors (2) in accordance with the required opening and closing direction or the mounted group of doors (2) can be easily dismounted for opening and closing in the required direction.

Claims

1. A washer/dryer (1) comprising a group of doors (2) preferably in the circular form which can be opened and closed for the loading and removal of the laundry having a control card (17) enabling the user to control monitor and/or control the washer/dryer (1), one or more control panel (16) connected to the control card (17) which can be monitored through the audio and images and/or used through the knobs and indicators by the user, wherein the control card (17) and the control panel (16) are fixed to the group of doors (2), an outer door (3), an inner door (4) onto which the outer door (3) is attached and a transparent door (7) preferably made of glass material placed between the inner door (4) and the outer door (3) and a hinge (5) which is attached to the group of doors (2) and provides its opening and closing and having a cable from the supply conveying the voltage connected to the control card (17) and/or the control panel characterized by the inner door (4) comprising a hinge housing (12) into which the hinge (5) is placed, and at least two control card housings (9) having the same form placed symmetrically onto both sides of the hinge housing (12) onto which the control card (17) is placed.

2. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in Claim 1 characterized by the inner door (4) comprising one or more socket housings (13) providing the connection of the cable on the hinge (5) near the hinge housing (12) facing the control card housings (9) with the group of doors (2) and one or more cable housing (14) providing the attachment of the cables extending along the socket housing (13) to the control card (17) between the hinge housing (12) and the control card housings (9).

3. A washer/dryer as defined in Claim 1 and 2 characterized by the group of doors (2) comprising one or more male and female sockets (41, 42) on the edge of the cable conveying the voltage from the network voltage supply or on the edge of the cables into which it is placed, which convey the voltage by being connected to each other.

4. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in any of the Claims above characterized by a locking mechanism (35) which provides the opening and closing of the group of doors (2), a bolt (34) for the operation of the locking mechanism (35), a front panel (30) onto which the group of doors (2) is attached and more than one panel door replacement housing (31) which provide the use of the group of doors in the requested direction while closing the undesired parts.

5. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in any of the Claims above characterized by the hinge (5) comprising a hinge holder (6) which fixes it as a single part , one or more stoppers (39) which prevent its motion more than the required amount, one or more cable protection extension (40) which provides the attachment of the cables and protection from any damage during its motion and one or more clip holes (36) by which preferably the string clips and cables are attached which provide the proper placement of the cables into the cable protection extension (40) and prevention from leaving from its place or any possible damage which may arise from their compression or extension during its movement.

6. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in Claim 4 characterized by a housing camouflage plate (32) near the hinge (5) which covers the openings on the panel door replacement housing (31) without preventing the operation of the hinge (5) and a housing covering plate (33) far from the hinge (5) which covers the openings on the panel door replacement housing (31) without preventing the operation of the bolt (34).

7. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in any of the Claims above characterized by the outer door (3) comprising one or more control panel housing (15) which is placed into the control panel (16) and provides its vision and use from outside and a motion gap (8) which is placed on both sides receiving the hinge (5) symmetrically and provides the easy motion of the hinge (5) and cables without any tight.

8. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in any of the Claims above characterized by the inner door (4) comprising one or more transparent door fixation extension (10) and one or more transparent door guidance projection (11) used to stop the transparent door (7) in the right position when it is required to be rotated.

9. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in Claim 5 characterized by the hinge holder (6) comprising one or more cable pusher (24), which prevents the damage to the cables extending from the hinge (5) due to the motion of the hinge (5).

10. A washer/dryer (1) as defined in Claim 1 characterized by the control card housings (9) having the forms to fit the shape of the control card (17).

Ansprüche

1. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1), aufweisend eine Gruppe von Türen (2), die vorzugsweise kreisförmig sind, und die zum Einladen und Entnehmen der Wäsche geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, mit einer Steuerkarte (17), mittels der der Benutzer die Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) überwachen und/oder steuern kann, einer oder mehreren Steuerfeldern (16), die mit der Steuerkarte (17) verbunden sind, die durch Töne und Bilder überwacht werden kann und/oder vom Benutzer mittels Knöpfen und Anzeigen benutzt werden kann, wobei die Steuerkarte (17) und das Steuerfeld (16) an der Türgruppe (2) fixiert sind, eine Außentür (3), eine Innentür (4), an der die Außentür (3) angebracht ist, und eine transparente Tür (7), die vorzugsweise aus Glasmaterial hergestellt ist, und die zwischen der Innentür (4) und der Außentür (3) angeordnet ist, und ein Scharnier (5), das an der Türgruppe (2) angebracht ist und das Öffnen und Schließen vorsieht und ein Kabel von der Spannungsversorgung aufweist, das mit der Steuerkarte (17) und/oder dem Steuerfeld verbunden ist und Spannung leitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innentür (4) ein Scharniergehäuse (12) aufweist, in dem das Scharnier (5) untergebracht ist, und wenigstens zwei Steuerkartengehäuse (9), die die gleiche Form aufweisen, und die symmetrisch an beiden Seiten des Scharniergehäuses (12) angeordnet sind, an denen die Steuerkarte (17) angeordnet ist.

2. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innentür (4) ein oder mehrere Buchsengehäuse (13) aufweist, die das Anschließen des Kabels am Scharnier (5) in der Nähe des Scharniergehäuses (12) gegenüber den Steuerkartengehäusen (9) mit der Türgruppe (2) vorsehen, und ein oder mehrere Kabelgehäuse (14), die das Anbringen der Kabel vorsehen, die sich an den Buchsengehäusen (13) entlang zwischen dem Scharniergehäuse (12) und den Steuerkartengehäusen (9) zur Steuerkarte (17) erstrecken.

3. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türgruppe (2) ein oder mehrere Stecker und Steckbuchsen (41, 42) am Ende des Kabels aufweist, das die Spannung von der Spannungsversorgung leitet, oder am Ende der Kabel, in die es gesteckt wird, die die Spannung leiten, indem sie miteinander verbunden werden.

4. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (35), der das Öffnen und Schließen der Türgruppe (2) vorsieht, einen Bolzen (34) zum Bedienen des Verriegelungsmechanismus (35), eine Vorderplatte (30), an der die Türgruppe (2) angebracht ist, und mehr als ein Plattentüraustauschgehäuse (31), das die Verwendung der Türgruppe in der gewünschten Richtung bei gleichzeitigem Schließen der nicht gewünschten Teile vorsieht.

5. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (5) einen Scharnierhalter (6) aufweist, der es als ein einzelnes Teil fixiert, einen oder mehrere Anschläge (39), die verhindern, dass es sich weiter bewegt als erforderlich, eine oder mehrere Kabelschutzverlängerungen (40), die das Anschließen der Kabel und den Schutz vor Beschädigung während seiner Bewegung vorsehen, und eine oder mehrere Klemmenöffnungen (36), durch die vorzugsweise Schnurklemmen und Kabel angebracht sind, und die die sachgerechte Anordnung der Kabel in die Kabelschutzverlängerung (40) vorsehen und die verhindern, dass es seine Position verlassen oder beschädigt werden, wenn sie während seiner Bewegung zusammengedrückt oder gestreckt werden.

6. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Gehäusesichtschutzplatte (32) in der Nähe des Scharniers (5), die die Öffnungen am Plattentüraustauschgehäuse (31) abdeckt, ohne die Betätigung des Scharniers (5) zu behindern, und eine Gehäuseabdeckplatte (33), die weit entfernt vom Scharnier (5) angeordnet ist, und die die Öffnungen am Plattentüraustauschgehäuse (31) abdeckt, ohne die Betätigung des Bolzens (34) zu behindern.

7. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außentür (3) ein oder mehrere Steuerfeldgehäuse (15) aufweist, die in das Steuerfeld (16) gesetzt werden und dessen Betrachtung und Verwendung von außen vorsehen, und eine Bewegungsspalt (8), der an beiden Seiten angeordnet ist und das Scharnier (5) symmetrisch aufnimmt, und der eine leichte Bewegung des Scharniers (5) und der Kabel ohne Festklemmen vorsieht.

8. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innentür (4) eine oder mehrere Befestigungsverlängerungen für die transparente Tür (10) sowie eine oder mehrere Führungsvorsprünge für die transparente Tür (11) aufweist, die dazu dienen, die transparente Tür (7) in der richtigen Position anzuhalten, wenn sie gedreht werden muss.

9. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhalter (6) einen oder mehrere Kabeldrücker (24) aufweist, die verhindern, dass die Kabel, die sich vom Scharnier (5) erstrecken, durch Bewegung des Scharniers (5) beschädigt werden.

10. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerkartengehäuse (9) eine Form aufweisen, die derjenigen der Steuerkarte (17) entspricht.

Revendications

1. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) comprenant un groupe de portes (2) de préférence sous la forme circulaire qui peut être ouvert et fermé pour le chargement et l'enlèvement du linge ayant une carte de contrôle (17) permettant à l'utilisateur de surveiller et/ou de contrôler la machine à laver/sécher (1), un ou plusieurs tableaux de contrôle (16) connectés à la carte de contrôle (17) qui peut être surveillée au moyens de l'audio et des images et/ou utilisée au moyens des boutons et des indicateurs par l'utilisateur, dans laquelle la carte de contrôle (17) et le tableau de contrôle (16) sont fixés au groupe de portes (2), une porte extérieur (3), une porte intérieure (4) sur laquelle la porte extérieure (3) est montée et une porte transparente (7) de préférence en matière de verre placée entre la porte intérieure (4) et la porte extérieure (3) et une charnière (5) qui est attachée au groupe de portes (2) et permet l'ouverture et la fermeture de celui-ci et ayant un câble de l'alimentation électrique amenant la tension connecté à la carte de contrôle (17) et/ou au tableau de contrôle, caractérisée par la porte intérieure (4) comprenant un logement de charnière (12) dans lequel la charnière (5) est placée, et au moins deux logements de carte de contrôle (9) ayant la même forme placés symétriquement sur les deux côtés du logement de charnière (12) sur lesquels la carte de contrôle (17) est placée.

2. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisée par la porte intérieure (4) comprenant un ou plusieurs logements de prise (13) assurant la connexion du câble sur la charnière (5) près du logement de charnière (12) en face des logements de carte de contrôle (9) avec le groupe de portes (2) et un ou plusieurs logements de câble (14) assurant l'attachement des câbles s'étendant le long de logement de prise (13) à la carte de contrôle (17) entre le logement de charnière (12) et les logements de carte de contrôle (9).

3. Une machine à laver/sécher selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le groupe de portes (2) comprenant une ou plusieurs prises mâles ou femelles (41, 42) sur le bord du câble amenant la tension de l'alimentation électrique de réseau ou sur le bord des câbles dans lesquels elle est placée, qui amènent la tension en étant reliés les uns aux autres.

4. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un mécanisme de verrouillage (35) qui permet l'ouverture et fermeture du groupe de portes (2), un verrou (34) pour le fonctionnement du mécanisme de verrouillage (35), un panneau avant (30) sur lequel le groupe de portes (2) est monté et plus d'un logement de remplacement de panneau de porte (31) qui permet l'utilisation du groupe de portes dans la sens exigé, tout en fermant les éléments non désirés.

5. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une charnière (5) comprenant un support de charnière (6) qui la fixe comme une seule pièce, une ou plusieurs butées (39) qui l'empêchent de se déplacer plus que requis, une ou plusieurs rallonges de protection de câble (40) qui permet l'attachement des câbles et protection contre tout dommage pendant son mouvement et un ou plusieurs trous de griffe (36) par lesquels de préférence les griffes de corde et les câbles sont attachés qui permet le positionnement précis des câbles dans le rallonge de protection de câble (40) et qui les empêchent de sortir de leur place ou évitent aucun dommage éventuel qui résultent de leur compression ou extension pendant leur mouvement.

6. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon la Revendication 4, caractérisée par une plaque de camouflage de logement (32) à côté de la charnière (5) qui couvre les ouvertures sur le logement de remplacement de panneau de porte (31) sans empêcher le fonctionnement de la charnière (5) et une plaque de recouvrement de logement (33) loin de la charnière (5) qui couvre les ouvertures sur le logement de remplacement de panneau de porte (31) sans empêcher le fonctionnement du verrou (34).

7. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par la porte extérieure (3) comprenant un ou plusieurs logements de panneau de contrôle (15) qui sont placés dans le panneau de contrôle (16) et qui permet la vision de celui-ci et l'utilisation de l'extérieur et un espace de mouvement (8) qui est disposé sur les deux côtés recevant la charnière (5) symétriquement et qui permet le mouvement facile de la charnière (5) et des câbles sans les serrer.

8. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par la porte intérieure (4) comprenant un ou plusieurs rallonges de fixation de porte transparente (10) et une ou plusieurs saillies de guidage de porte transparente (11) utilisées pour l'arrêt de la porte transparente (7) à la position exacte quand elle est nécessaire d'être tournée.

9. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon la Revendication 5, caractérisée par le support de charnière (6) comprenant un ou plusieurs pousseurs de câble (24) qui empêcher les câbles s'étendant de la charnière (5) d'être endommagés à cause du mouvement de la charnière (5).

10. Une machine à laver/sécher (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisée par les logements de carte de contrôle (9) ayant la forme propre à la forme de la carte de contrôle (17).
