(54) Toy figure

(57) The toy figure (1) is made from a single piece, and it is characterised in that its back part (2) is substantially flat and in that its lower part (3) is also flat, the thickness of the figure being sufficient to be in a vertical position resting against said flat lower part (3).
Said toy figure comprises a magnet (4) at its lower part (2).
It is obtained a toy figure which has several applications.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Nowadays there exist so much types of toy figures, usually made of plastic material, which represent a human-like form, i.e., provided with feet so that they can be placed vertically.

[0002] These three-dimensional figures present at its back part an irregular surface, which prevents them to rest steadily against a flat surface, and they cannot adhere to a metallic surface.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0003] With the toy figure of the invention said drawbacks are solved, presenting other advantages that will be described.

[0004] The toy figure of the present invention is made of a single piece, and it is characterised in that its back part is substantially flat and in that its lower part is also flat, the thickness of the figure being sufficient to be in a vertical position resting against said flat lower part.

[0005] Advantageously, the toy figure comprises a magnet at its back part, which is preferably housed inside a hole provided at its back part.

[0006] Also advantageously, the toy figure is made from plastic material.

[0007] Therefore, the toy figure of the present invention can be used in several ways, it can be upright in vertical position, rest steadily against a flat surface, be adhered to a metallic surface thanks to the presence of the magnet, because of its shape when you throw it, the figure moves in the air through some distance, etc., i.e., it is obtained a toy figure that has not only just an application.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] For a better understanding of what have been disclosed some drawings are attached, in which, diagrammatically and on as a non-limitative example, a practical embodiment is shown.

Fig. 1 is a frontal perspective view of the toy figure of the present invention; and

Fig. 2 is a back perspective view of the toy figure of the present invention.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0009] As can be seen from the figures, the toy figure of the present invention, indicated generally by numerical reference 1, is made from a single piece and preferably from plastic material.

[0010] Said figure presents its back part 2 and its lower part 3 substantially flat, so that its thickness is that that permits the figure to be upright in vertical position steadily resting against said lower part.

[0011] Furthermore, the toy figure of the present invention comprises at its back part magnet 4 which is housed in a complementary hole.

[0012] Even though reference has been made to an embodiment of the invention, it is apparent for a person skilled in the art that the described toy figure is susceptible of numerous variations and modifications, and that all the details cited can be substituted by other technically equivalent ones, without departing from the protection scope defined by the attached claims.

Claims

1. Toy figure (1) made of a single piece, characterised in that its back part (2) is substantially flat and in that its lower part (3) is also flat, the thickness of the figure being sufficient to be in a vertical position resting against said flat lower part (3).

2. Toy figure according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a magnet (4) at its back part (2).

3. Toy figure according to claim 2, characterised in that said magnet (4) is housed inside a hole provided at its back part (2).

4. Toy figure according to claim 1, characterised in that it is made from plastic material.
