(57) A wall module (200) configured to be connected with another wall module for use in manufacturing a liquid container, the wall module comprising: a first outer layer (201); a first insulating layer (202) formed over the first outer layer, the first insulating layer comprising a first edge and a first side surface extending from the first edge; a sealing layer (203) formed over the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer (204) formed over the sealing layer; and a flange extending from the first outer layer (201) outwardly beyond the first side surface in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first side surface.
