(57) A cooling/heating system includes a compressor (111), an indoor heat exchanger (112), an expansion device (113), and an outdoor heat exchanger (114) which are connected in series via a refrigerant line, wherein a refrigerant, which flows through the refrigerant line, heat-exchanges with supply water. A method for controlling the cooling/heating system is also disclosed.
