[0002] It is already recognised that there are trousers that can be put on without lifting the feet from the floor, closing the belt line at two points, and which have two lateral joining lines running vertically from the hips to ankles, see e.g. JP 08158121 A, provided with buttons or a zip fastener. In addition to trousers, there are other known garments for women and children, generally known as"body", which dresses the upper body and the pelvis, and which are generally fastened under the groin, by means of snap fasteners, but these do have not an opening belt line. Two-piece swimsuits for women are known as well, in which the lower section has the belt line closed at two points. Overalls are known, with two non-extendable tubular sections dressing the legs, so that the person always needs to lift the feet from the floor to put them on, and most of the time has to remove the shoes.

[0003] Document SE 508302C2 discloses a garment comprising an item of clothing that encloses the wearer's pelvis and has an opening for the waist and leg holes. A dividing line extends all the way between the waist opening and leg holes to separate one of two side pieces from a front or back piece. A hook and loop fastener band joined to an inside edge of the front piece is secured at one end to a special felt strip on the outside of the side piece edge section overlapped by the front piece. The other end of the band is used to release the front piece from the side piece.

[0006] The advantage of the invention is that it enables the manufacture of trousers that can be put on very easily without lifting the feet from the floor and closing, as the first movement, the belt line at one single point, in a comfortable front position near the navel, and then arranging the rest of the garment without it falling down and losing its ideal position on the waist. This enables the production of overalls that can be put on without lifting the feet from the floor and without removing footwear, also without sitting down, which can be very useful for children living in cold climates; prior to this invention, children and their parents still have to perform many inconvenient movements and spend a great deal of time putting on and taking off this clothing, which is used every day most of the year. The invention also enables the manufacture of trousers, underwear and bathing suits which could be highly suited to the elderly or disabled, as these people would no longer need to make difficult and hazardous movements to put the garment on. Also thermal and waterproof trousers could be produced based on the same model, which can be put on very easily without removing shoes, a significant benefit in adverse weather conditions.

Claims

1. A garment consisting of a single piece of clothing that dresses at least the pelvis of the human body, made of any type of material and using any type of sewing technique, said garment thereby being fitted with a joining section (37) between the garments rear and front, said joining section (37) passing under the groin between the lower limbs, a front flap (4) which closes the garment at the front, and a part (29) being the rear section of said garment, characterized in that its conformation enables its dressing while standing without lifting the feet from the floor, by
winding the garments belt line (1) from the rear around the waist and closing said belt line (1) at a single closure point (2) in the front abdominal position, by means of at least one fastener or button (3), and afterwards
passing said front flap (4) under the groin between the lower limbs from the rear to the front abdominal area, and then
fastening said front flap (4) on said belt line (1) in the front abdominal position by means of said at least one fastener or button (3), and then
joining two first edges (6, 7) of the garments right tubular section (21) that dresses the right lower limb on a joining line (8) that runs diagonally from approximately the navel to the right hip by means of at least one fastener or button or zip fastener or string or any other tying device, said two first edges (6, 7) being the front edge (6) of the right side (38) of said garment and the right edge (7) of said front flap (4), and then
joining two second edges (9, 10) of the garments left tubular section (22) that dresses the left lower limb on a joining line (11) that runs diagonally from approximately the navel to the left hip by means of at least one fastener or button or zip fastener or string or any other tying device, said second edges being the front edge (10) of the left side (39) of said garment and the left edge (9) of said front flap (4).

2. A garment according to claim 1, wherein said front flap (4) has the shape of an upturned V with its upper vertex (12) coinciding with said closure point (2) of said belt line (1); said closure point (2) of said belt line being in the middle of the abdominal front position; said right tubular section (13) dressing the entire length of the right lower limb, said left tubular section (14) dressing the entire length of the left lower limb, said edges (6, 7, 9, 10) being hems, said joining lines (8, 11) describing an upturned V with its vertex approximately near the navel and with its two side lines which run diagonally over the hips and then vertically down to the lower end of said tubular sections (13, 14).

3. A garment according to claim 1, wherein said tubular sections (21, 22) dress only the upper part of the lower limbs.

4. A garment according to claim 2, including an upper area (26) with the shape of a jacket or shirt extendable and closable in one vertical line placed in the middle of its front face and running approximately from the neck to the said belt line (1), so that the entire garment dresses most of the human body with one item of clothing or with several overlapped layers having the same shape, said garment thereby composing an overall or a suit.

Ansprüche

1. Kleidungsstück bestehend aus einem einzigen Bekleidungsstück, das zumindest das Becken des menschlichen Körpers bekleidet, hergestellt aus einer beliebigen Materialart und unter Verwendung einer beliebigen Nähtechnik, wobei das Kleidungsstück ausgestattet ist mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (37) zwischen der Rückseite und der Vorderseite des Kleidungsstückes und dieser Verbindungsabschnitt (37) unter der Leiste zwischen den unteren Gliedmaßen durchgeführt wird, mit einer vorderen Lasche (4) zum Schließen des Kleidungsstückes an der Vorderseite, und mit einem Teil (29), der den hinteren Abschnitt des Kleidungsstückes bildet, wobei das Kleidungsstück dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es aufgrund seiner Ausformung im Stehen, ohne die Füße vom Boden hochzuheben, angezogen werden kann, indem:

die Gürtellinie (1) des Kleidungsstückes von der Hinterseite um die Taille gewickelt und diese Gürtellinie (1) an einem einzigen Verschlusspunkt (2) in der vorderen Bauchposition mit Hilfe zumindest eines Verschlusselementes oder Knopfes (3) geschlossen wird, und anschließend

diese vordere Lasche (4) unter der Leiste zwischen den unteren Gliedmaßen von der Hinterseite zum vorderen Bauchbereich durchgeführt wird, und dann

diese vordere Lasche (4) auf der Gürtellinie (1) in der vorderen Bauchposition mit Hilfe des zumindest einen Verschlusselementes oder Knopfes (3) befestigt wird, und dann

zwei erste Kanten (6, 7) des rechten röhrenförmigen Abschnittes (21) des Kleidungsstückes, der die rechte untere Gliedmaße bekleidet, auf einer Verbindungslinie (8) miteinander verbunden werden, die diagonal von der Nabelgegend zur rechten Hüfte verläuft, und zwar mittels zumindest eines Verschlusselementes oder Knopfes oder Reißverschlusses oder einer Schnur oder einer sonstigen Bindevorrichtung, wobei die zwei ersten Kanten (6, 7) die vordere Kante (6) der rechten Seite (38) des Kleidungsstückes und die rechte Kante (7) der vorderen Lasche (4) sind, und dann

zwei zweite Kanten (9, 10) des linken röhrenförmigen Abschnittes (22) des Kleidungsstückes, der die linke untere Gliedmaße bekleidet, auf einer Verbindungslinie (11) miteinander verbunden werden, die diagonal von der Nabelgegend zur linken Hüfte verläuft, und zwar mittels zumindest eines Verschlusselementes oder Knopfes oder Reißverschlusses oder einer Schnur oder einer sonstigen Bindevorrichtung, wobei diese zweiten Kanten die vordere Kante (10) der linken Seite (39) des Kleidungsstückes und die linke Kante (9) der vorderen Lasche (4) sind.

2. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, worin die vordere Lasche (4) die Form eines umgedrehten V aufweist, dessen obere Spitze (12) mit dem genannten Verschlusspunkt (2) der Gürtellinie (1) übereinstimmt; wobei der Verschlusspunkt (2) der Gürtellinie in der Mitte der vorderen Bauchposition ausgefertigt ist; und worin der genannte rechte röhrenförmige Abschnitt (13) die gesamte Länge der rechten unteren Gliedmaße bekleidet, der genannte linke röhrenförmige Abschnitt (14) die gesamte Länge der linken unteren Gliedmaße bekleidet, die genannten Kanten (6, 7, 9, 10) Säume sind, die genannten Verbindungslinien (8, 11) ein umgedrehtes V beschreiben, dessen Spitze etwa in der Nabelgegend liegt und dessen zwei Seitenlinien diagonal über die Hüften und dann jeweils vertikal bis zum unteren Ende der genannten röhrenförmigen Abschnitte (13, 14) verlaufen.

3. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, worin die röhrenförmigen Abschnitte (21, 22) nur den oberen Teil der unteren Gliedmaßen bekleiden.

4. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 2, das einen oberen Bereich (26) beinhaltet, der die Form einer Jacke oder eines Hemdes aufweist und in einer vertikalen Linie ausdehnbar und verschließbar ist, die in der Mitte der Vorderseite angeordnet ist und etwa vom Hals zur genannten Gürtellinie (1) verläuft, so dass das gesamte Kleidungsstück einen Großteil des menschlichen Körpers mit einem einzigen Bekleidungsstück oder mit mehreren einander überlappenden Lagen gleicher Form bekleidet wird, wobei dieses Kleidungsstück dadurch einen Overall oder Anzug bildet.

Revendications

1. Un vêtement consistant en une seule pièce d'habillement se portant au moins autour du bassin du corps humain, réalisé dans tout type de matériau et selon tout type de technique de couture, ledit vêtement étant doté d'une partie de jonction (37) entre le dos et le devant du vêtement lui-même, ladite partie de jonction (37) passant sous l'aine entre les membres inférieurs, d'un pan avant (4) fermant le vêtement sur le devant, et d'une partie (29) constituant la partie arrière dudit vêtement, ledit vêtement étant caractérisé en ce que sa conformation permet de le mettre en étant debout sans soulever les pieds du sol,
en enroulant la ligne de ceinture (1) du vêtement par l'arrière autour de la taille et en fermant ladite ligne de ceinture (1) au niveau d'un point de fermeture (2) unique, situé en position abdominale avant, au moyen d'au moins une attache ou bouton (3), puis
en faisant passer ledit pan avant (4) sous l'aine entre les membres inférieurs de l'arrière vers la zone abdominale avant, puis
en fixant ledit pan avant (4) à ladite ligne de ceinture (1) en position abdominale avant au moyen de ladite au moins une attache ou bouton (3), puis
en joignant deux premiers bords (6, 7) de la partie tubulaire droite (21) du vêtement qui habille le membre inférieur droit sur une ligne de jonction (8) qui se développe en diagonale à partir, approximativement, du nombril jusqu'à la hanche droite au moyen d'au moins une attache ou bouton ou fermeture éclair ou cordon ou tout autre système d'attache, lesdits deux premiers bords (6, 7) étant le bord avant (6) du côté droit (38) dudit vêtement et le bord droit (7) dudit pan avant (4), puis
en joignant deux deuxièmes bords (9, 10) de la partie tubulaire gauche (22) du vêtement qui habille le membre inférieur gauche sur une ligne de jonction (11) qui se développe en diagonale à partir, approximativement, du nombril jusqu'à la hanche gauche au moyen d'au moins une attache ou bouton ou fermeture éclair ou cordon ou tout autre système d'attache, lesdits deuxièmes bords étant le bord avant (10) du côté gauche (39) dudit vêtement et le bord gauche (9) dudit pan avant (4).

2. Le vêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pan avant (4) a la forme d'un « V » retourné avec son sommet supérieur (12) coïncidant avec ledit point de fermeture (2) de ladite ligne de ceinture (1) ; ledit point de fermeture (2) de ladite ligne de ceinture étant situé au centre de la position abdominale avant ; ladite partie tubulaire droite (13) habillant toute la longueur du membre inférieur droit, ladite partie tubulaire gauche (14) habillant toute la longueur du membre inférieur gauche, lesdits bords (6, 7, 9, 10) étant des ourlets, lesdites lignes de jonction (8, 11) décrivant un « V » retourné dont le sommet est situé approximativement à côté du nombril et dont les deux lignes latérales se développent en diagonale sur les hanches puis verticalement vers le bas jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure desdites parties tubulaires (13, 14).

3. Le vêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties tubulaires (21, 22) habillent uniquement la partie supérieure des membres inférieurs.

4. Le vêtement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une zone supérieure (26) ayant la forme d'une veste ou chemise extensible et pouvant être fermée suivant une ligne verticale située au centre de sa face avant et se développant approximativement à partir de l'encolure jusqu'à ladite ligne de ceinture (1), de manière à ce que tout le vêtement habille la plus grande partie du corps humain avec une seule pièce d'habillement ou avec plusieurs couches superposées ayant la même forme, ledit vêtement formant ainsi une combinaison ou un costume.
