[0001] This invention touches on the field of mechanical power, especially deals with a
method of generating revolving power through liquid power and the rotating machine
and power system with applicable dynamic force constructed by use of this method.
Background Techniques
[0002] The traditional rotating machines used as dynamic force such as engine, steam turbine
and electromotor etc, which belong to power machine, will consume energy such as petroleum,
coal, electricity and steam when producing revolving power, and simultaneously they
will cause severe environmental pollution such as air, water and noise pollution,
or damage the ecological environment on the earth.
[0003] While for the hydraulic generator group, which makes use of waterpower, it is necessary
to build up a big dam in a big river and make use of the great waterpower generated
from the hydraulic gradient to drive the water turbine producing revolving power,
and then the dynamotor is driven to generate electricity, thus this kind of generator
group is in difficult popularization since its setting, site selection and construction
are all restricted by strict natural conditions; and another wind driven generator,
which uses wind power, is also in slow development because it is also restricted by
natural conditions.
[0004] Moreover, the traditional power machines have many defects on the aspects of technology
and performance, etc. For example, engine and steam turbine group both work under
high temperature, high pressure and in high speed, so their main components are easily
damaged, and they need regular stoppage of machines for examine and repair; the machines
have a short service life, and will cause great waste of resources.
Content of the Invention
[0005] The goal of this invention is to offer a good method to settle the above narrated
problems. We advanced a method of generating revolving power by use of the natural
physical characteristics and functions of air and liquid, the special means and the
synergetic effects of the equipment, to create a kind of automatic rotating machine
and a power system composed of that, which are not restricted by seasons or strict
natural conditions, can be set and constructed near the places in need of dynamic
force or electric power, and have perfect environmental protection spirits and functions.
This rotating machine and power system can offer the dynamic force or electric power
same with which generated by many currently existing power machines such as engine
and electromotor etc, but will not consume energy or damage the natural ecological
environment.
[0006] In order to realize the above narrated goal, the technical proposal of this invention
is: this invention has offered a kind of rotating machine: the rotating machine has
a housing, and the narrated housing has a load supporting driven wheel on its one
side and a power-output drive wheel on the other side; the housing is set in the liquid
with a certain height of liquid level(H), and the housing is installed to make the
connecting line of centers of the load supporting driven wheel and the power-output
drive wheel be perpendicular to the liquid surface. The power transmission chain is
installed circling the load supporting driven wheel and the power-output drive wheel
in gear. There are more than one aerated floating ascendant power device installed
on the power transmission chain, and the narrated aerated floating ascendant power
device includes the dynamic elastic container which can increase, decrease or change
the volume, the automatic air inlet valve which can automatically open or close, the
air inlet pipe which can connect the automatic air inlet valve and the dynamic elastic
container air-tightly and liquid-tightly and form the air admission and filling passage,
the automatic air outlet valve which can automatically open or close, and the gravity
compression stretcher which can fill air in the dynamic elastic container when stretching
and exhaust the air when compressing. One side of the center connecting line is the
first area where the aerated floating ascendant power devices ascend, and the other
side is the second area where the aerated floating ascendant power devices descend.
Set the aerated floating ascendant power device like that: in the second area, the
narrated gravity compression stretcher of the aerated floating ascendant power device
is above the dynamic elastic container, while in the first area the narrated gravity
compression stretcher of the aerated floating ascendant power device is below the
dynamic elastic container.
[0007] Moreover, this invention has also offered a method to generate revolving power by
the narrated rotating machine: set the aerated floating ascendant power devices in
the liquid, and make use of the floating ascendant power generated from the changing
of the hydraulic pressure and floating power differences, to drive the power transmission
chain and power-output drive wheel revolving. Take the connecting line of centers
of the load supporting driven wheel and the power-output drive wheel as the medially
dividing line, and make all the settings and articles on the power transmission chain
in the second area and all the settings and articles on the power transmission chain
in the first area are generally equal and balanced on quality either when the machine
is still or is at any changing place for the circular runninng. As soon as any of
the aerated floating ascendant power devices approximately runs to the (U) marked
position in the second area, the gravity compression stretcher will compress the dynamic
elastic container downward from the upper location, and make the automatic air outlet
valve open automatically, therefore the aerated floating ascendant power device in
the second area decreases its volume, with no floating power or with sinking gravity.
Furthermore, any automatic air outlet valve above the liquid level in the second area
can close automatically as soon as it touches the liquid during its downward circular
rotation. At the same time, when any of the aerated floating ascendant power devices
approximately runs to the (T) marked place at the bottom of the liquid in the first
area, the gravity compression stretcher will move downward to stretch the dynamic
elastic container, and simultaneously make use of the air inlet valve and air inlet
pipe, which have been in the upper area without liquid and have opened automatically,
to link the aerated floating ascendant power device with the atmosphere and make it
full of air, so that floating ascendant power will be produced to drive the power
transmission chain running, and drive the power-output drive wheel revolving. The
automatic air inlet valve, which has ascended to the area without liquid, will maintain
the open state, run orderly to the second area, and close immediately on touching
the liquid, thus they will prevent the liquid from infusing into the air inlet pipe
and dynamic elastic container. The startup of running and the stoppage of the narrated
revolving power can be realized by the control and adjust of the height of the liquid
level (H).
[0008] Additionally, this invention has offered a kind of power system composed of the above
narrated rotating machines: this power system includes: several rotating machines;
a steel-frame structure or concrete-frame structure, which is set with division plates
or walls all around to form a liquid containing pool, and the narrated rotating machines
are set in the narrated frame structure with liquid of a certain height of liquid
level arranged in tandem or in alternating tandem and parallel; there is at least
one liquid storing tank set near the frame structure and one liquid level adjusting
equipment of hoisting equipment or liquid pump; the clutches or couplings, which join
up the axles of the power-output drive wheels of the rotating machines.
[0009] The beneficial effects of this invention are: through the method of generating revolving
power, we can produce a kind of creative power equipment - the rotating machine and
the power system composed of that, which can produce infinite power only by use of
the common and abundantly existing static liquid such as water, sea water etc as energy,
will not consume energy or produce any harmful pollutants when running, are not strictly
restricted by natural conditions such as climate and geographical environment, and
are good for the protection, optimization and beautification of the ecological environment
on the earth.
[0010] The beneficial effects also include the extensibility of the rotating machine, which
can either independently compose a power source, or unboundedly extend to form the
power system or be connected to compose the electric power system of different scales
by use of its principal component - the power system, to offer large-scale dynamic
force or electric power. And the output power of both the large-scale power system
and the small-scale independent power machine group can be adjusted by adjusting the
liquid level.
[0011] The further beneficial effects are: the power machine and system of this invention
can produce revolving power by mere use of static liquid, while other common engines
and steam turbines etc can only run under high temperature and high pressure, so the
components of the rotating machine of this invention are durable and not easily damaged,
with quite a long service life. The power machine and system of this invention can
be constructed and extended at any time according to the needs, and can be planned
and constructed even in city centers; the running and operation are safe, clean and
quiet, being able to be popularized, and will make constructive contributions to promote
the optimization of the ecological environment.

Specific Practice Mode
[0013] In the following paragraphs, further description of this invention will be done with
both attached pictures and practice mode:
Picture 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 include: five practice cases of both the method of
generating revolving power and the rotating machine A by use of that. Hereinafter
we firstly have a general description of the common structure and features of these
five cases, however, the important composing parts with different aerated floating
ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 will be described later respectively.
[0014] The rotating machine of this invention includes: housing 2. At least one or two or
several load driven wheels 3b are installed symmetrically with certain intervals on
the two terminals of central axis 3b1. The right and left terminals of the central
axis are installed with support on the platform of the housing through bearing unit
10 horizontally being able to revolve. At least one or two or several mutually symmetrical
power-output drive wheels 3a with power-output axes 3a1 are installed on the lower
parts of the housing that are vertically below the two load driven wheels respectively.
These can be installed with support on the housing bearing units 10 which are on the
right and left terminals of the power-output axis being able to revolve smoothly.
The positions of the load driven wheel and the power-output drive wheel can be interchanged.
[0015] With applicable intensity, at least one or two or several power transmission chains
4 symmetrically, vertically and respectively connect and circle the load driven wheels
and power-output drive wheels, which are in vertical mutual correspondence, in gear,
to construct a power transmission setting with can run in circle synchronously. A
certain number of enough aerated floating ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or 8
or 9 set according to the power need of the rotating machines are installed on the
transmission chain evenly following a certain trend with intervals.
[0016] The above-mentioned housing 2 and all the settings and objects are wholly set in
liquid 1 with certain liquid level H; liquid 1 could be fresh water or sea water or
any other applicable liquids; the power transmission chain 4 could be any transmission
chain used in industry or purposely made specific suspension transmission chain with
fairly big instance; housing 2 could be a monomer steel structure applicable to rotating
machine A or any huge steel structure frame or concrete structure applicable to a
set of several rotating machines.
[0017] The size and number of the aerated floating ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or
8 or 9, the length, strength of the power transmission chain 4, the size of the power-output
drive wheel 3a and load driven wheel 3b and the size and height of housing 2 as well
as the quantity of the liquid and the height of liquid H mentioned above are all set
and designed according to the different requirement of the output power and scale
of rotating machine A. The power of the rotating machine can be strengthened freely
through the change of these elements.
[0018] The aerated floating ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 are made up by
dynamic elastic container 5a or 6a or 7a or 8a or 9a, automatic air inlet pipe 5b
or 5i, air inlet pipe 5c, automatic air outlet valve 5d and gravity compression stretcher
5e or 6e or 7e or 8e or 9e. With certain length, the air inlet pipes that have the
same quantity with that of aerated floating ascendant power devices circle around
the outside of the aerated floating ascendant power devices respectively with flexibility
and elasticity to run in synchronism in the form of one layer No.1 or two layers No.2
or several layers. The air inlet pipes are fixedly installed on holding frame 11 of
the power transmission chain. Picture 7 only shows the two symbolic holding frame
structures. This practice case sets a holding frame for holding and fixing automatic
air inlet valve and air inlet pipe on the locating place of the automatic air inlet
valve; the length setting of the air inlet pipe is decided by V which is the height
or distance from a location to the surface of the liquid level H. The location is
the one when this aerated floating ascendant power device approximately runs to the
T marked position into the bottom L area of the liquid to make the gravity compression
stretcher start to slide down and stretch the dynamic elastic container; one terminal
of air inlet pipe is connected with the automatic air inlet valve 5b1 or 5i1 while
the other terminal is connected with the air inlet pipe joint 5f of dynamic elastic
container by the inner circumferences of the pipe air-tightly and liquid-tightly,
to make up an air admission and filling passage or sealed passage.
[0019] Taking the center connecting line of load driven wheel 3b and power-output drive
wheel 3a as the medially dividing line, we suspect that all of the total weight of
the aerated floating ascendant power devices and objects on power transmission chain
4 of the left area L (Area One) equals to those of the right area R (Area Two).
[0020] All of the aerated floating ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 in Area
R are in the form of head down while those in Area L are head up. As a result, when
any of the aerated floating ascendant power device approximately runs to the U marked
position in Area R, the gravity compression stretcher 5e or 6e or 7e or 8e or 9e will
slide down from the upper fixed location to the lower fixed location for gravity elements
of its own weight or move according to the fixed slide way or with the gravity of
dynamic elastic container 5a or 6a or 7a or 8a or 9a to push and compress the dynamic
elastic container. Thus the volume of the container was decreased. At the same time,
it discharges the air through the air outlet valve 5d that has opened automatically
at that position; all of the dynamic elastic containers in Area R are volume decreased.
The discharge of the air eliminates the aerated floating ascendant power or even generates
sinking gravity; besides, when any of the open automatic air outlet valve moved to
and touched the surface of liquid 1, valve 5d2 will close automatically to prevent
the liquid from flowing into the dynamic elastic container.
[0021] Meanwhile, when any of the aerated floating ascendant power device 5 or 6 or 7 or
8 or 9 enters to the liquid bottom of Area L which is approximately between 40-degree
angle and 50-degree angle under the horizontal center line of the power-output drive
wheel or approximately runs to the T marked position, the gravity compression stretcher
will slide down with the reverse power of Area R through its own weight element, or
slide according to the set slide way or with the gravity of dynamic elastic container,
or slide according to the fixed slide way to stretch and recover the volume of the
dynamic elastic container 5a or 6a or 7a or 8a or 9a. For the connection with atmosphere,
all the opened automatic air inlet valve 5b or 5i that have already above liquid level
H are full of air, and all the dynamic elastic containers immerged in the liquid of
Area L connect with the atmosphere and are recover their volumes with filled air,
so these aerated floating ascendant power devices bring forth strong upward aerated
floating ascendant power together with the driving of power transmission chain 4 and
the revolving of power-output drive wheel 3a to make up a steady and continuous rotating
machine with great power outputting. The arrowheads marked in the upper parts of Picture
1, 2, 4, 5 and the arrowhead marked in Picture 3 indicate the direction of the running
of the rotating machine.
[0022] Picture 1 shows the first practice case of this invented rotating machine about the
one layer mode of air inlet pipe 5c. The dynamic elastic container of Area L is in
a state of original stretched volume filled with air. All of the automatic air inlet
valves 5b or 5i are in the opened state while the automatic air outlet valve is still
closed. The dynamic elastic container 5a of Area R is completely in a compressed state
with decreased volume and exhausted air. The automatic air outlet valve above the
liquid level H has already opened and the automatic air inlet valve is still open
while the automatic air outlet valve and inlet valve in the liquid are all closed.
Under the liquid level H means there is full of liquid 1.
[0023] Picture 2, 3, 4 and 5 shows the second, third, forth and fifth practice cases about
the rotating machines that are made up of different aerated floating ascendant power
device groups. In the pictures we can see the two layers patterned air inlet pipes.
In these practice cases, load driven wheels 3b are all installed on the upper part
of housing 2. Certainly the power-output drive wheels 3a can be set on the upper part
of housing 2 so that liquid-sealing measurements of power take-off axis could be avoided.
[0024] The dynamic elastic containers of the Area L in the picture are all in a state of
original stretched volume filled with air. The automatic air inlet valve above the
liquid level H are all opened while those under the liquid level H of Area L and R
are all closed. At the same time, the dynamic elastic containers of the part L are
all in a state of air compression with the decreasing volume. The air outlet valve
above the liquid level will open in time to cooperate with the work of air outlet.
The automatic air outlet valves under the liquid level are all closed.
[0025] The front elevation and left side elevation in picture 6 briefly shows the main structure
of rotating machine A. Housing 2 is fixed with concrete foundation and the whole set
of rotating A is in liquid 1 with the liquid level of H. Air inlet pipe 5c is set
on the outer side of the aerated floating ascendant power device. Picture 7 also has
a brief introduction of the general construction of the rotating machine, including
the set state of liquid 1, housing 2, power-output drive wheel 3a and load driven
wheel 3b, power transmission chain 4 and aerated floating ascendant power device 5
or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9.
[0026] Hereinafter further description of the structure of aerated floating ascendant power
device 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 will be done with the help from picture 8 to 25.
[0027] Picture 8 shows the main structure of aerated floating ascendant power device 5 in
a state of original stretched volume filled with air. It includes: dynamic elastic
container 5a, automatic air inlet valve 5b or 5i, air inlet pipe 5c, automatic air
outlet valve 5d and gravity compression stretcher 5e. Dynamic elastic container 5a
is made up by 5a1 which is a fixed empty container with the surface shape of Λ of
about 45-dgree and 5a2 which has elastic air chamber or flexible or dilatable floating
objects. The bottom of the fixed container is an empty flat plate and the hollow part
is applicably connected with the intracavity of the air chamber or floating objects
air-tightly and liquid-tightly of the joints. The air could enter into their intracavity
through air inlet pipe. The Λ shaped head of the gravity compression stretcher 5e2
can press to that of the fixed container with complete releasing of air. In the mid-width
of the flat plate of the fixed container's bottom, there is a protuberant installation
plate set on the correspondent part of the assembling plate 4a of the power transmission
chain 4 through fastener. The left beveled body has air inlet pipe joint 5f which
connects with one terminal of the air inlet pipe without air and liquid leakage. The
right beveled body has the automatic air outlet valve 5d. The lower terminal of the
air chamber of floating objects 5a2 are centrally connected the gravity compression
stretcher 5e without air and liquid leakage. In the mid-length of the gravity compression
stretcher, roller 5 can slide in steady grooved rail which is in the inner part of
the aerated floating ascendant power device and fixed to the housing. On each of its
mid-width, there is a guidance roller 5e1 which can slide in guide rail 4b. Both the
right and left guide rails are fixed to the power transmission chain respectively.
The bottom of the two guide rails is in connection of the locating rod 4c which is
the lower locating place of the gravity compression stretcher.
[0028] Picture 8A briefly shows about automatic air inlet valve 5i which is made up by valve
body 5i1, valve 5i2 and fastener 5i6. Valve 5i1 is installed on holding frame 11.
The valve 5i2 is installed on the arm of the valve body through hinge and torque spring
sets being able to revolve. It is in face with fastener 5i6 on the left side of the
valve body that can fasten or release valve. On top of the left part of the valve
there is floating object 5i4 with set buoyancy and compression bar 5i7. The fastener
has both front bar 5i8 and back bar 5i9.
[0029] When the opened automatic air inlet valve enters to reach the liquid in its operation
process, the buoyancy of the floating object 5i4 is stronger than the total weight
of the valve and the spring power so that the gate was closed at the air inlet mouth
5i10. During this process, the two outer terminals of compressing 5i7 simultaneously
close the air inlet mouth of the valve through the compression of the front bar 5i8.
As a result, on liquid will enter into the air inlet pipe. When the automatic air
inlet valve moves into the liquid-surrounded Area L, it is still locked by the fastener
until its leaving of the liquid and the valve is above the liquid level. At that time,
back bar 5i9 touches the unfastener 5bc which is fixed on the housing so that the
fastener is opened. As the hinge and the spring power of the torque spring set is
stronger than the weight of the valve and the floating object, atmosphere enters into
the dynamic elastic container through air inlet mouth and air inlet pipe.
[0030] The aerated floating ascendant power device 6 of the second practice case is shown
in picture 9 and 10. It is made up of dynamic elastic container 6a, automatic air
inlet valve 5b or 5i with the capability of automatic opening and closing, air inlet
pipe 5c which is in connection of the automatic air inlet valve and joint 5f of the
dynamic elastic container air-tightly and liquid-tightly, automatic air outlet valve
5d with the capability of automatic opening and closing and gravity compression stretcher
6e. The picture shows about the state when the volume is originally stretched and
filled with air.
[0031] The dynamic elastic container is mostly rectangle, however, it could also be cuboid
or cylinder. This practice case is rectangle. The described automatic elastic container
6a includes fixed set 6b and elastic practicing set 6c. The coping of the fixed set
has head 6h with appropriate beveled body of 45-degree and empty cavity. The left
beveled body has air inlet pipe joint 5f for led to the inner cavity and on the middle
of the right beveled body there is automatic air outlet valve 5d for air releasing
of the inner cavity. Around the fixed set, there has soldered square pipes which are
installed on power transmission chain 4 through fixed part 6d. The surrounding flat
part of the bottom is centrally connected with high-durable and compressible elastic
set 6c without air and liquid leakage. The other terminal of the elastic operation
set is in central connection with gravity compression stretcher 6e air-tightly and
liquid-tightly to form an inner room of no entering of liquid 1.
[0032] The empty cavity of the dynamic elastic container 6a is surrounded by several sets
of telescope pipes 6i as shown in picture 9. The upper parts are installed on the
fixed set respectively while the other part is respectively in correspondence with
pipe way 6e3 of the gravity compression stretcher and can move up and down in keyway
6e4 with bolt 6ia. Through the mutually set keyway 6ib of telescope pipes and the
removable joint function of bolt 6ia, simultaneous joint compression and stretching
can be realized through the linkage compression and stretching of the gravity compression
stretcher. As a result, the supporting frame of elastic operation set 6c is formed.
Picture 12 shows the construction of four sectioned telescope pipes.
[0033] Gravity compression stretcher 6e has head 6e1 which owns the same gradient of the
head 6h of the dynamic elastic container of the fixed set so that air will be released
when it is pressed to the intracavity head of the fixed set during compression operation
as shown in picture 10. In order to set adequate weight, it is an empty body case
with the right weight to finish the required work. There are assembled parts of 6e2
in the central width part of the right and left sides. By using screws through the
holes on it, the assemble set is installed on slide seat 6f respectively. The slide
seat can be fixed on guide rails on both sides of the power transmission chain 4 and
the lower part of the two guide rails have locating piece 6j on the lower terminals
of the slide seat for down-sliding.
[0034] Picture 11 shows about the state when the aerated floating ascendant power device
6 is in Area R and the gravity compression stretcher has finished its compression
operation of the dynamic elastic container. The two heads are completely fit and the
compression operation set has reached the set limits. The automatic air outlet valve
has opened to release the air while the automatic air inlet valve is closed.
[0035] Picture 13 and 14 shows the third practice case of the aerated floating ascendant
power device 7 of rotating machine A. The setting 7 is installed on power transmission
chain 4 and stretching to be filled with air. It includes: dynamic elastic container
7a, automatic air inlet valve 5b or 5i with the capability of automatic opening and

and air inlet pipe joint 5f of the dynamic elastic container air-tightly and liquid-tightly,
automatic air outlet valve 5d with the capability of automatic opening and closing

stretched air filling. Besides, it is better to have several assist stretchers on
dynamic elastic container.

the joint of the automatic air inlet valve to make up an air filling passage with
the atmosphere. At the bottom of the free empty intracavity of the main container
there is at least one air and liquid seal ring 8k with air-tight and liquid-tight
functions. Look at picture 19.

the secondary container's letting down. Also, there is stable guide wheel 8i in connection
with gravity compression stretcher for guidance. Look at picture 19.

made up of six movable plates extends from the center towards both the right and left
sides, forming a tortoise shell-like container air chamber. Meanwhile, through the
opened automatic air inlet valve 5b or 5i and air inlet pipe 5c, the air enters into
the empty cavity of the dynamic elastic container, to form the strong upward floating
ascendant power. The right section view shows the tortoise shell-like state of the
extended and recovered volume.

to revolve, which fixed in the extension arm of the valve body. The set floating object
5b8 with certain buoyancy is installed on the upper surface on the left side of the
valve.

In the upper part of the air inlet mouth, connected with Valve 5i2, there stands hinge

close upward and downward. The upper part on the left of the valve is installed the
floating object 5i4, which makes valve float and close, and the compression bar 5i7,
which can press down the front bar 5i8 of the fastener. The extension arm on the left
side of the valve is installed the fastener 5i6 which can fasten or release the valve.

opening and closing.

and planed to adapt to a huge and highly integrated rotating machines A, together

vertically and integratedly located, all rotating machines are installed in steel

level difference discharging method. Picture 27 shows a good way of adjusting the

the suitable position away from frame structure B, and place the storing tank at the
lower ground, so that the platform of its top is a little lower than the liquid discharging
valve B3 on the division plate B2 of the containing pool, so that the liquid discharging
valve can make the liquid flow out to the storing tank to adjust the liquid level.

the control board will put the storing tank back to the lower position again.

fill air in the dynamic elastic container when stretching and exhaust the air when

one side of the center connecting line(S) is the first area where the aerated floating
ascendant power device ascends, and the other side is the second area where the aerated
floating ascendant power device descends,
set the narrated aerated floating ascendant power device that: in the second area,
the narrated gravity compression stretcher of the aerated floating ascendant power
device is above the dynamic elastic container, while in the first area the narrated
gravity compression stretcher of the aerated floating ascendant power device is below
the dynamic elastic container. '

has a certain length and location, and is set around the aerated floating ascendant
power device, to run synchronously with the setting, the length of the air inlet pipe
is equal to the distance(V) from the position of the aerated floating ascendant power
device matching this air inlet pipe when it approximately runs to the (T) marked place
at the bottom of the liquid in the first area and its gravity compression stretcher
begins to slide downward to stretch the dynamic elastic container to the surface of

of the narrated aerated floating ascendant power device(5) has a fixed container(5a1)
with 45-degree Λ-type beveled body which is empty inside; one side of the beveled
body is set with the air outlet valve(5d), and the other side is set with the air
inlet pipe joint (5f) connecting with the air inlet pipe(5c) air-tightly and liquid-tightly;
the bottom of the beveled body is installed on the power transmission chain(4), and
the smooth part surrounding it connects with one end of the air chamber or floating
object(5a2) being able to stretch and exhaust air, the other end of which connects
with gravity compression stretcher(5e) air-tightly and liquid-tightly; the middle
of the length of the gravity compression stretcher is set with rollers(5g), which
can slide in the stable grooved rail fixed on the housing and situated inside the
aerated floating ascendant power device; the middle of both sides of width of the
gravity compression stretcher are set with guide rollers(5e1), and the narrated guide
rollers(5e1) can slide in the pair of guide rails(4b) fixed on the power transmission
chain; the bottom of the guide rail is a locating rod(4c); the gravity compression
stretcher also has a 45-degree Λ-type head(5e2) similar and matching with the fixed
container.

are about 45-degree; the intracavity of the fixed set is empty; the bevel part on
one side is set with the air inlet pipe joint (5f) connecting with the air inlet pipe(5c),
and the bevel part on the other side is set with the air outlet valve(5d), an elastic
practicing set(6c); the narrated elastic practicing set(6c) connects with the smooth
part surrounding the bottom of the narrated fixed set(6b) air-tightly and liquid-tightly
with high obdurability and stretching and compressing functions, and the other end
of the narrated elastic practicing set connects with the gravity compression stretcher(6e),
to form an internal space where liquid can not penetrate, several group telescope
pipes set around the empty intracavity; one side of each pipe is fixed on the fixed
set(6b), and the other side is corresponding to the pipe way of the gravity compression
stretcher, and is inserted in the keyway with a bolt(6ia) which can slide upward and
downward; through the actions of the keyway(6ib) and bolt(6ia) between the telescope
pipes, the pipes can be led to compress and stretch together while the gravity compression
stretcher is compressing and stretching;
the gravity compression stretcher(6e) has the head(6e1) of the same obliquity with
the head(6h) of the fixed set of the dynamic elastic container, and the narrated head
can exactly and suitably compress the head of the fixed set of the dynamic elastic
container, to exhaust the air in the intracavity of the dynamic elastic container;
the middle of both sides of width of the gravity compression stretcher are set with
assembly of subassembly(6e2) and slide seat(6f), which can smoothly and stably slide
in the guide rail(6g) fixed on the power transmission chain, and the lower part of
the guide rail is set with end point locating piece(6j) for the downward sliding of
the slide seat.
5. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the container fixed set(7b) of
the narrated dynamic elastic container(7a) in the narrated aerated floating ascendant
power device is fixed on the fixed frame(7d) by the middle part on the outer left
side, and the fixed frame(7d) is installed on the assembled plate(4a) of the power
transmission chain(4); one end of the elastic air chamber(7a1) connects with the medial
surface of the container fixed set air-tightly and liquid-tightly, and the other end
connects with the medial surface of the container elastic moving group(7c) air-tightly
and liquid-tightly; the middle of the front and back of the dynamic elastic container(7a)
are set with supporting guide bars(7k) horizontally, and the sliding bearings installed
on the middle of the front and back of the container elastic moving set are set in
the supporting guide bars; the lateral part of the fixed frame(7d) is set with gravity
compression stretcher(7e) and its slide containing groove(7f), and the stretcher can
slide upward and downward in the groove; assistant stretcher is set in the lateral
part of the container elastic moving set;
the areas of the front and back of the dynamic elastic container are set with a group
of stretch ropes(7g) and guide rollers(7h) with stretching functions and a group of
stretch ropes(7j) and guide rollers(7i) with inverted stretching function; the stretch
ropes connecting with the outer joints in the centers of the front and back of the
container elastic moving set connects with the gravity compression stretcher by their
other ends after passing through their several corresponding guide rollers(7i) horizontally
and vertically, while the other pair of stretch ropes connecting with the inner joints
at the front and back of the container elastic moving set connects with the gravity
compression stretcher by their other ends after passing through their several corresponding
guide rollers(7h) horizontally and vertically;
the narrated automatic air outlet valve(5d) and air inlet pipe joint(5f) are set in
the lateral part of the container fixed set(7b).
6. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the dynamic elastic container(8a)
of the aerated floating ascendant power device(8) has:
a fixed main container(8a1) and a 2nd container(8a2) which can be installed in the free empty intracavity of the main container
matching the sliding of that air-tightly and liquid-tightly; one end of the main container
as the head(81) is in the appearance of 45-degree beveled body, while the bottom of
the other end is set with thickened and strengthened guard ring around, and the two
opposite sides of that end are symmetrically set with setting frames(8g) which can
be installed on the assembled plate(4a) of the power transmission chain(4); the bevel
head and the lateral part of the main container also possesses of automatic air outlet
valve(5d) and air inlet pipe joint(5f) which connect with the intracavity;
the bottom of the 2nd container(8a2) is set with closing ring(8a3) all around; the gravity compression
stretcher(8a) is set in the empty intracavity of the 2nd container air-tightly and liquid-tightly; the head(8e1) at the front end of the 2nd container is the solid body of the same and matching bevel and front end with those
of the main container(8a1) with set quality, while most of the other part is empty
inside and open at the bottom; a pair of connection rods stretching the 2nd container are symmetrically set on the left and right sides around the bottom; on
the connection rod, there is a screw passing through the throughhole of the closing
ring around the 2nd container and fixedly fastened with screw cap;
a pair of ladder-shape locating seats(8m) with end points for the downward sliding
of the 2nd container fixed on the location holding frame (8h) of the power transmission chain,
and stable guide rollers(8i) which are set with stable compression stretcher between
those and the gravity compression stretcher; the bottoms of the empty intracavities
of the main container and the 2nd container are respectively set with at least one seal ring(8k)(8n).
7. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the narrated dynamic elastic container(9a)
of the narrated aerated floating ascendant power device(9) includes several interactive
movable plates(9a1) connected with many loose-leaf hinges(9a3), the slideway and the
strong flexible objects which can seal the interstices between the two sides and each
movable plate air-tightly and liquid-tightly; the strong flexible objects can coat
the surrounding of the external surface of the movable plates or the circumference
of the intracavity to compose and form a kind of precise air chamber empty inside
which can prevent the liquid(1) from immersion and can input or fill air; assistant
stretchers(9b) are set on the both outer sides of the narrated dynamic elastic container;
a running fitted central axis(9a5) extends through the loose-leaf hinges(9a3) at the
bottom of the dynamic elastic container, and the both ends of the axis are set with
supporting seat(9a6) and are installed on the assembled plate(4a); within the certain
distance between the upper and lower parts of the left and right sides outside the
dynamic elastic container, two groups of arc slideways(9a4) as the sliding paths are
set according to the moving track of the rolling wheels(9a7) during the stretching
of the dynamic elastic container and the changing of its volume; the rolling wheels(9a7)
respectively installed on the dead axles of the loose-leaf hinges(9a3), which is set
at the upper and lower parts of the two outer sides on the left and right and at the
front and back of the dynamic elastic container, can be set in the arc slideways with
rolling functions;
the loose-leaf hinges(9a3) set at the top of the upper movable plates (9al) and the
central axis(9a8) as well as the rolling wheels(9a9) have the function as gravity
compression stretcher(93) in addition, and the rolling wheels(9a9) at the both ends
of the central axis(9a8) are situated in the guide channel(9a10) and can slide upward
and downward within a certain distance; on the lateral surface of the dynamic elastic
container, there is an air inlet pipe joint(5f) connecting the empty intracavity and
the air inlet pipe, and the automatic air outlet valve(5d) is set on the other side.
8. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the narrated automatic air inlet
valve(5i) has a valve body(5i1), and the narrated valve body(5i1) is installed on
the holding frame(11) by the valve arm(5i5); the left extension arm of the valve is
set with fastener(5i6) which can button up or quit hold of the valve(5i2); the lower
part of the valve body(5i1) is the air inlet pipe joint(5i11); above the air inlet(5i10)
at the upper part of the valve body, a valve (5i2) which can open or close the air
inlet is set on the valve arm(5i5) with hinge and torque spring set(5i3); the left
upper part of the valve is set with floating object(5i4) which can make the valve
float and close as well as the compression bar(5i7) which can compress down the front
bar(5i8) of the fastener;
the opening position of the automatic air inlet valve(5i) set in the first area is
set with fastener unfastener(5bc) which can unfasten the fastener on touching the
back bar(5i9) of the fastener.
9. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the automatic air inlet valve(5b)
has a valve body(5b1), and it is installed on the holding frame(11) of the power transmission
chain(4) by the valve extension arm(5b2); the end position at the left upper part
of the valve is set with a permanent magnet(5b7), the valve(5b3) is installed at the
fixed object(5b5) by the mandrel(5b6) passing through the throughhole(5b4) of the
protruding block with the function of rotating; the left side of the valve is set
with floating object(5b8); a frame containing groove(6b12) is set near the side of
the valve where the valve can be opened and is fixed on the left extension arm(5b13)
of the valve body, and its interior free space is set with a gravity and buoyancy
object(5b9) which is an assembly of a gravity block and a buoyancy object and can
slide upward and downward following the gravity controller within the certain distance
set in this space;
one end of the stretch rope(5b10) connects with the gravity and flotation object,
and the other end connects with the joining point(5b14) on the left of the valve after
rolled and hung with hanging guide wheel(5b11).
10. The rotating machine according to Claim 9, wherein if the automatic air inlet valve(5b)
satisfies the following conditions, it will have automatic open and close functions:
setting the following items of quantity relative ratios as:
(1) the weight of the valve is 0.3~0.6;
(2) the force of the permanent magnet griping the valve is 0.6~0.8;
(3) the buoyancy of the floating object(5b8) is 0.7~0.8;
(4) the gravity and buoyancy of the gravity block and the buoyancy object are both
1.5~2, and the two force are balanced out in the liquid(1);
(5) the quantity relative ratios of the above narrated item1-4 can increase or decrease
proportionally.
11. The rotating machine according to Claim 1, wherein the automatic air outlet valve(5d)
includes a valve body(5d1), a valve(5d2) and a gravity buoyancy equipment(5d9); the
valve body connects with the intracavity of the dynamic elastic container(5a, 6a,
7a, 8a, 9a); the valve can be installed at the fixed object(5d3) with the throughhole(5d4)
of the protruding block and the mandrel(5d6) together with the torque spring(5d5)
which can close the valve at the air outlet of the valve, and the fixed object is
fixed near the end position on one side of the valve body; the locating baffle(5d7)
determining the extent of openness of the valve is set on the fixed object, and on
the right of the valve, there are two parallel compression set bars(5d8) separated
with a certain distance;
the gravity buoyancy equipment(5d9) is set with a gravity bar(5d12), which is inserted
in the two throughholes fixed on the supporting guide frame(5d10) of the dynamic elastic
container and the valve body, and can slide upward and downward vertically; on the
upper part of the gravity bar, there is a locating pin(5d13) situated above the supporting
guide frame, and the lower part is set with a floating object(5d11), the midmost of
the floating object is horizontally set with a locating compression open bar(5d14)
which can fix the floating object on the gravity bar and can compress the compression
set bar.
12. The rotating machine according to Claim 11, wherein if the automatic air inlet valve(5d)
satisfies the following conditions, it will have automatic open and close functions:
setting the following items of quantity relative ratios as:
(1) the weight of the valve is below 0.8;
(2) the torque force of torque spring is 1~1.5;
(3) the gravity of the gravity bar and the buoyancy of the floating object are both
above 1.5~2, and the two force are balanced out in the liquid(1);
(4) the quantity relative ratios of the above narrated item1-3 can increase or decrease
proportionally.
13. A kind of the method to generate revolving power by the rotating machine according
to Claim 1, wherein:
setting the aerated floating ascendant power devices in the liquid(1), and making
use of the floating ascendant power generated from the changing of the hydraulic pressure
and floating power differences, to drive the power transmission chain and power-output
drive wheel revolving;
taking the center connecting line(S) of the load supporting driven wheel(3b) and the
power-output drive wheel(3a) as the medially dividing line, and making all the settings
and articles on the power transmission chain(4) in the second area and all the settings
and articles on the power transmission chain(4) in the first area are generally equal
and balanced on quality either when the machine is still or is at any changing place
for the circular rotation;
as soon as any of the aerated floating ascendant power device(5) or (6) or (7) or
(8) or (9) approximately runs to the (U) marked position in the second area, the gravity
compression stretcher(5e) or (6e) or (7e) or (8e) or (9e) will compress the dynamic
elastic container(5a) or (6a) or (7a) or (8a) or (9a) downward from the upper location,
and make the automatic air outlet valve open automatically, therefore the aerated
floating ascendant power devices in the second area decrease their volumes, with no
floating power or with sinking gravity, furthermore, any automatic air outlet valve
above the liquid(1) in the second area can close automatically as soon as it touches
the liquid during its downward circular rotation;
at the same time, when any aerated floating ascendant power device approximately runs
to the (T) marked position at the bottom of the liquid(1) in the first area, the gravity
compression stretcher will move downward to stretch the dynamic elastic container,
and simultaneously make use of the air inlet valve(5b) or (5i) and air inlet pipe(5c),
which have been in the upper area without liquid and have opened automatically, to
link the aerated floating ascendant power device with the atmosphere and make it full
of air, so that floating power will be produced to drive the power transmission chain(4)
running, and drive the power-output drive wheel(3a) revolving;
the automatic air inlet valve, which has ascended to the area without liquid, will
maintain the open state, run orderly to the second area, and close immediately on
touching the liquid, thus it will prevent the liquid from infusing into the air inlet
pipe and dynamic elastic container;
the startup of running and the stoppage of the narrated revolving power can be realized
by the control and adjust of the height of the liquid level (H).
14. A kind of power system composed of the rotating machines according to Claim 1, wherein:
the narrated power system includes:
several rotating machines;
a steel-frame structure or concrete-frame structure(B), which is set with division
plates(B2) or walls all round to form a liquid(1) containing pool(b1), and the narrated
rotating machines are set in the narrated frame structure with liquid(1) of a certain
height of liquid level(H) arranged in tandem or in alternating tandem and parallel;
there is at least one liquid(1) storing tank(C) set near the frame structure(B) and
one liquid level adjusting equipment of hoisting equipment(D) or liquid pump(G);
the clutches(12) or couplings(13), which join up the axles(3a1) of the power-output
drive wheels of the rotating machines.
15. The power system according to Claim 14, wherein when the rotating machines are running
at ordinary times, the narrated storing tank is located in the set lower place, and
the stoppage of the rotating machines or the reducing of output power can be realized
by discharging the liquid to the storing tank to adjust the liquid level through the
liquid discharging valve(B3) at the division plate of the containing pool, then the
rotating machines needs to run again, the liquid pump driven by the rotating machine(A)
will pump out the liquid stored in the storing tank back to the containing pool, to
make the rotating machines run again; or make use of the drawing machine(D1) as the
hoisting equipment, to lift the storing tank until the liquid discharging valve(C1)
is higher the division plate of the containing pool, and discharge the liquid back
to the containing pool through liquid discharging valve(C1), and then all the rotating
machines will begin to run once the liquid level turns back to a certain height.
