(54) Vehicle collision detection system

(57) A vehicle collision detection system includes: a load transferring member (25) that is placed at a front part of a vehicle body and transfers rearward a collision load (F) applied when a vehicle collision occurs; a reinforcing member (20) placed behind the load transferring member; and mechanical collision sensors (30) that are placed between the load transferring member and the reinforcing member and detect a collision. The collision sensors are mounted to the load transferring member by snap locks. In a vehicle collision detection system, collision sensors can be mounted with ease and reliability.
