FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This carrier is meant for domestic infant swings of the type being installed inside a house by generally suspending them from a door lintel.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There exist several models of this kind of infant swings which generally consist of a seat being suspended by means of a framework being provided with elastic suspension means, said framework being fit to be removably secured to a doorframe lintel.

[0003] Because of the seat's hanging arrangement and due to the child's motions the seat rocks about and is thereby laterally shifted thereby occasionally bumping against the doorjambs and in consequence endangering the child's integrity.

[0004] Patent US-A-5 947 875 has as its object an infant tiltable seat carrier comprising a frame on its periphery including a cushioning protector.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The invention has as its object a carrier for the seats being used with this kind of swings, said carrier being provided with means being fit to cushion said bumps that might possibly be sustained, said means being made up by a pneumatic protector being formed by an inflatable framing being fixedly arranged on the periphery of the seat carrier, said carrier being made up by a frame consisting of two portions being fit to fixedly clamp between them a flange being provided on the inner periphery of the inflatable framing.

[0006] This inflatable framing will be preferentially transparent and will house in its inside various objects for the child's entertainment, said inflatable framing being provided with the corresponding valve.

[0007] These and other characterising features will be best made apparent by the following detailed description whose understanding will be made easier by the accompanying sheet of drawings showing a practical embodiment being cited only by way of example not limiting the scope of the present invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Fig. 1 shows in a perspective view the infant swing seat carrier being the object of the invention; and

Fig. 2 is a sectional elevation illustrating in detail how the inflatable framing is fixedly clamped to the carrier.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0009] According to the drawings the infant swing seat carrier is made up by a frame (1) having attached to it at each of four points a respective suspension element (2), said suspension elements being upperly secured to the framework (A), this latter comprising a spring and upperly having the height adjustment means and the conventional means (not shown) being provided for securing the assembly to the lintel of the door.

[0010] A characterising feature lies in the fact that this carrier (1) comprises on its periphery (3) the arrangement of a cushioning protector being made up by an inflatable framing (4) being of cylindrical cross-section and provided with the corresponding valve (5).

[0011] This inflatable framing (4) is of transparent plastics material, and in its inside objects are arranged for the child's entertainment, said objects in this case being made up by balls (6).

[0012] Fig. 2 depicts the way to fixedly clamp the inflatable framing (4) to the carrier (1), said clamping being made by introducing a flange (7) being provided on the inner periphery of said framing and thus being gripped between a base piece (8) of the carrier and a top piece (9) being fastened on said base by means of screws (10).

Claims

1. An infant swing seat carrier being made up by a frame (1) having suspension elements (2) attached to it and on its periphery (3) comprising the arrangement of a cushioning protector; characterised in that the cushioning protector is made up by an inflatable framing (4) being on its inner periphery provided with a flange (7) through which it is fixedly clamped between components (8) and (9) of the frame (1).

2. An infant swing seat carrier as per claim 1, characterised in that the inflatable framing (4) is transparent and has arranged in its inside various objects (6) for the child's entertainment.

Ansprüche

1. Aufnahmeträger für Babyschaukelsitze, bestehend aus einem Rahmen (1), an welchem Aufhängungselemente (2) befestigt sind und an dessen Umfang (3) ein stoßdämpfender Schutz angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stoßdämpfende Schutz aus einer aufblasbaren Umrahmung (4) besteht, die an ihrem inneren umfänglichen Rand mit einem Flansch (7) versehen ist, durch den sie mit den Bauteilen (8) und (9) des Rahmens (1) fest verbunden ist.

2. Aufnahmeträger für Babyschaukelsitze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufblasbare Umrahmung (4) durchsichtig ist und dass in ihrem Inneren verschiedene Gegenstände (6) zur Unterhaltung des Kindes angeordnet sind.

Revendications

1. Un siège porte-enfants oscillant composé d'un cadre (1) ayant des éléments de suspension (2) attachés à celui-ci et à sa périphérie (3) comprenant la disposition d'un protecteur matelassé ; caractérisé en ce que le protecteur matelassé est composé d'un cadre gonflable (4) muni sur sa périphérie intérieure d'une bride (7) à travers laquelle il est accroché fermement entre les composants (8) et (9) du cadre (1).

2. Un siège porte-enfants oscillant comme indiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre gonflable (4) est transparent et comprend en son intérieur plusieurs objets (6) pour l'amusement de l'enfant.
