-X1, X2, have formula -(CF2)zCF3 wherein z is an integer from 0 to 3; n is an integer between 1 and 200; m is an integer between 0 and 200; p,q are integers between 0 and 10; (p+q)/(p+q+m+n) s 0.05; m/n s 0.7; the number average molecular weight of (I) is between 1,000 and 10,000.
