cavities or compartment(s) of the bag which enables to store and carry shoe and shoes
such as high-heeled shoes, in which needed items to be stored and carried are not
limited only to shoes and may include a baby bottle, a chilled product, and a water
bottle.
Description of the Prior Art
[0002] People has to put on a formal foot wear such as high-heeled shoes and formal shoes
in the event of the formal dress code such as in a wedding ceremony and a funeral
by replacing commonly using casual foot wear such sports shoes, rain shoes, winter
shoes with the formal shoes. In such conditions, one has to carry either ones (either
of formal shoes or commonly using casual foot wear), and then has to carry in an enclosure
in use for shoes, or a bag to store and carry shoes.
[0003] Further, there is need of carrying a baby bottle, chilled products and a water bottle
in a bag outside of the usual bag. However, there has not been provided the structure
and arrangement for such bag. On the other hands, the substitute shoes would need
a plenty of volume of the bag. There has not been proposed the structure for such
bag to solve the above mentioned problem. Further, there has not been proposed the
structure of the bag to store and carry shoes or replacement shoes.
[0004] There has been proposed a shoe transport arrangement permitting ease of transport
of athletic shoes in
U.S. Patent 5,513,787 wherein spaced bag members are arranged for reception of a shoe member with a connecting
strap having zippered compartments.
[0005] U.S. Patent 4,917,290 discloses a rigid shoe tore bag formed from a single corrugated board blank which
is die-cut and scored with fold lines.
[0006] Further, there is disclosed a golf shoe transport arrangement for a golf bag, in
Japanese Laid-open patent application No. 2000-201720.
There is not found an arrangement of a bag for carrying a baby bottle, chilled products
and a water bottle in the usual bag.
[0007] It is an object of the present invention to provide a good-designable bag to store
and carry shoes such as high-healed formal shoes, without any hurt in the enclosure
by preventing them from getting touch with each other in the enclosure.
[0008] It is another object of the invention to provide the bag with which one can enable
to take off easily and put on each of the shoes for replacing the usual foot wear
with the formal shoes or in reverse replacing, by taking out from the bag.
[0009] It is further object of the present invention to provide the bag in which the things
difficult to store and carry with the usual bag such as a baby bottle, a chilled product
and a water bottle can be stored and carried separately in the bag.
[0010] The present invention has been developed so as to solve the above mentioned problems.

Detailed Description of Embodiments
[0019] As required, detailed embodiments of the present invention are disclosed herein;
however, it is to be understood that the disclosed embodiments are merely exemplary
of the invention, which may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific structural
and functional details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but
merely as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled
in the art to variously employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately
detailed structure.
[0020] In reference to the drawings, the embodiments of the present invention will be explained
as follows:
[0021] In accordance with the present invention, each shoe member such as high-heeled shoe
member is stored independently and respectively in an independent cavity or compartment
arranged in the structure of a bag, and then, a cover for the cavity or compartment
can be closed e.g. by closing mechanism such as a fastener or a button mechanism so
that the bag could appear as a unified bag, or as an all-in-one bag. Therefore, the
bag in accordance with the present invention can be designed in any type of bags,
such as a squared type, a cube type, a curved bag, so as to satisfy any of the designer's
need and wish. Then, the bag, the cavity and compartment of the present invention
can be manufactured from cloth, leather, flexible plastic soft resin film, clothing
plastic skin and the like so as to provide good appearance and design. However, the
materials from which the bag and the cavity and compartment of the present invention
should not be limited to the above mentioned material. Then, the style, design and
material of the bag of the present invention will be modified in accordance with the
need, the present fashion and the desires of the user and consumer.
[0022] First of all, the bag of the present invention is described in reference with FIG.
1 to show a box or tote type of the bag. Then, FIG. 2 shows a Boston bag type of the
bag in accordance with the present invention. The style and design of the bag can
be modified and changed in accordance with the spirit of the present invention.
[0023] FIG. 1 illustrates a bag 1 in tote style having a pair of handles 3 at the top of
the bag, and a fastener 2 mounted on the top surface 4 of the bag, so that one can
easily take out and put in from the top surface the personal item(s) as stored in
the top compartment 10 of the bag 1. The bag 1 in accordance with the present invention
comprises a pair of the independent compartments 8 and 9 to receive independently
a shoe member 12 preferably at the lower or bottom portion of the bag 1 as shown in
the drawings.
[0024] In accordance with the present invention, each of shoe members can be stored independently
in each of the cavities or compartments, and therefore, can not get in touch with
together, and then, do not hurt by getting in touch in the bag. Further, each of shoe
members can be tightly packed in the cavity or compartment so as to adapt the size
of the shoe, and therefore, the size of the bottom of the shoe would correspond to
the size of the bottom of the tote bag. Therefore, it is relatively easy to hand and
carry the bag including the shoes.
[0025] The bottom wall of the bag (the compartment 9) of FIG. 1 is made of relatively rigid
but light and water resistant material such as polymerics, fabrics and the like, and
then would be in form appropriate to store the shoe member. Then, the partition 12
made of the same material as that of the bottom wall is mounted between the compartments
8 and 9 at the appropriate level in the bag 1, and further, the partition 13 is provided
between the compartments 9 and 10 to form the compartment for the personal items.
This partition 13 would be made of the same material so as to form the bottom wall
of the compartment 10 in use for the personal items.
[0026] The entrance opening 14 of the shoe member 15 is provided at the minor side face
of the bag 1 (which is not the major face having the handles 3) at the position corresponding
to the position of the compartments 8 and 9 to receive independently a pair of the
shoe members. The entrance opening 14 should have a relatively large width and height
as shown in the drawings, so that one can enable ease of opening and taking out and
in the shoe members from the pair of the comportments 8 and 9. Then, the relatively
large cover 5 is provided hingedly on the side wall 16 of the bag, to form peripheral
fastener 6 and 7 at the three lines of the peripheral of the cover 5. Each of the
shoe members 15 can be taken out and in easily and readily from the large entrance
opening 14 because of the large entrance opening. In this arrangement, the cover 5
is lifted upward from the bottom level.
In contrast, the bag can be designed so that the cover 5 should be let down from the
top of the cover. Further, the cover can be cut into the upper and lower portions
so that the upper and lower portions of the cover can be separately open and then
each of the shoe members can be independently taken out and in from the compartments
8 and 9.
[0027] Each of the shoe members 15 can be independently stored separately in the independent
compartments 8 and 9. When the cover 5 is closed, the bag appears unified and can
be designed in any way. Further, because each of the shoe members can be independently
stored in the separate compartments, the shoe members cannot be deformed during stored,
and do not hurt each the other.
[0028] FIG. 2 illustrates a bag of Boston type wherein a pair of cavities 8 and 9 arranged
in upper and lower portions of the bottom part of the bag 1. The entrance opening
14 for the cavities is formed or defined by the line fasteners 6 and 7 along with
the margin of the cover 5. Each of the shoe members 15 is stored independently and
separately in each of the cavities 8 and 9 arranged independently at the upper and
lower portions of the bottom part of the bag 1 as shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, each
of the shoe members does not get touch together with and then, they does not hurt
nor be hurt and further, is not deformed together because of separate and independent
storing. In this embodiment, the cover 5 is open from side to side, that is, open
horizontally, and therefore, the both of the compartments can be open and closed at
the same time.
[0029] Each of high-heeled shoe members 15 is stored separately and independently as shown
in FIG. 2 in the independent compartments 8 and 9, in right position and then could
not be deformed during stored. Further, after the cover 5 is closed, the bog 1 appears
unified and good looking, and then, can be designed as an independent bag.
[0030] FIG. 3 illustrates the other embodiment of the present invention wherein the cavity
or compartment to receive independently the shoe member has the slanted and tapered
partition(s) 8 or wall(s) so as to accommodate the mostly triangle shape of the shoe
member such as high-heeled shoe so as to permit ease of taking out and putting in
of the shoe(s). The partition 8 slanted as shown in FIG. 3 separates the upper and
lower independent compartments 8 and 9. Therefore, the independent compartments have
respectively a longer side wall 18 or 18' and a shorter side wall 19 or 19'. The entrance
opening 14 or 14' is formed respectively on the longer side wall so that the entrance
opening becomes wider or higher. Then, it will become more easily to take the shoe
member out and to put into the compartment. Further, the space of the compartment
can be utilized more efficiently. In FIG. 3, the entrance opening is formed on the
fastener but the other closing mechanism can be utilized such as bag hook, and bottom
line.
[0031] FIG. 4 shows a bag having a pair of cavities 21 and 22 which have respectively openings
at the opposite side faces of the bag. The cavity is in form of enclosure with tapered
partitions from the entrance for opening to the dead end thereof. Therefore, the entrance
or opening can have wider opening so as to permit ease of taking out and putting in
of the shoe member especially a high-heeled shoe member. Further, the space to be
accommodated in the bag can be facilitated efficiently and widely and then, the opening
of the cavity can be easily designed and facilitated as shown in FIG. 4. As shown,
the entrance or opening of the cavity is formed by two parallel fasteners 2 to make
ease of decoration. Further, the entrance can be designed as shown in FIG. 1 to form
one line fastener or one or few button closing. Further, the partition 12 is provided
as shown by dotted lines of FIG. 4 for making the space to receive personal items
above the pair of the cavities to receive the shoes. The cover 5 can close the entrance
opening 14 by the fastener mechanism 6 and 7.
[0032] In accordance with the present invention, the bag (including the cavity and compartment
and partition) can be manufactured preferably from insulation material, or thermal
maintaining material, or water-proof material or water-tight material, permitting
ease of transport of a wet and/or dirty pair of the shoes or foot wear and further,
as well as a baby bottle, chilled product(s), and water bottle.
