(57) An image forming apparatus wherein an engine unit (100) is detachably provided in an apparatus main body (1), the image forming apparatus is characterized in that:
the engine unit (100) is formed by unitizing an image forming part (2) configured to jet a liquid drop of recording liquid so that an image is formed on a recording medium (5), and a conveyance part (3) configured to convey the recording medium (5); and the engine unit (100) is three-point (102a-c) supported by a housing (111) of the apparatus main body (1).
