Description

[0001] This invention relates to a washer/dryer (1) wherein the cable bundle and suspension spring (4) are secured in a desired position.

[0002] In washer/dryers, the cable bundle transmitting the voltage drawn from the network to the related functioning components should be securely fixed onto the body. Especially in parts where the suspension spring passes through, the cable bundle comprising cables and the suspension spring, which supports the tub while moving, should be positioned in such a way that they do not contact one another and cause an electrical leakage, see e.g. JP 54 016 857 A.

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a washer/dryer; such that cable bundle and suspension spring of which are fixed in such a way that one does not contact the other.

[0004] The washer/dryer designed to fulfill the object of the present invention, which is defined in the appended claims, is illustrated in the attached figures, where:

[0012] Washer/dryers (1) comprise a drum (15) into which the laundry is loaded, a tub (14) wherein the drum (15) is positioned, a body (2) which encloses and supports the tub (14), the drum (15) and other components, a cable bundle (3) having cables transmitting the voltage drawn from the network to the related functioning components, a suspension spring (4) which dampens the forces generated as a result of the weight and the dynamic motion of the tub, and a holder (5), which provides the fixing of the suspension spring (4) and cable bundle (3), which are in close proximity, onto the body (2) in such a way to prevent such from damaging each other.

[0013] The body (2) comprises an aperture (6) preferably on the steel sheet projection that can be reached from both sides wherein the holder (5) is positioned, and at least one projection (12) inside the aperture (6) for fixing the support (7).

[0014] The holder (5) comprises a support (7) on its center, a channel (8) under the support (7) into which the sides of the aperture (6) are inserted providing it to fit into the aperture (6), at least one suspension spring housing (10) wherein the suspension spring (4) is attached in a such a way to prevent the cable bundle (3) and the suspension spring (4) from contacting each other, a cable housing (9) where the cable bundle (3) is positioned, a bracket (11) located on one of the sides of the support (7) which assures that the suspension spring (4) does not leave from the aperture (6) due to forces acting upon it, and slots (13) in shape and numbers fitting the respective attachment projections (12) which provides the fixing to the body (2).

[0015] Acc. to the present invention, the suspension spring housings (10) are positioned on each side of the support (7).

[0016] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a hook shaped cable housing (9) is utilised.

[0017] In the preferred embodiment, the body (2) comprises structures and surfaces in the shape of projections and/or recesses on the periphery of the aperture (6) to prevent it from being affected by forces and moments acting in various directions.

[0018] In the preferred embodiment, after the holder (5) is placed in the aperture (6), the drive assembly of the washer/dryer (1) is suspended onto the holder (5) by the suspension spring (4). Further steps of the assembly comprise the fixing of cables by means of attaching the cable bundle (3) comprised of cables onto the holder (5).

[0019] With the application of the present invention, effects inflicted by movable components, parts upon which force is applied like suspension spring (4) or the free oscillations of the cable bundle (3) is prevented, thus the user is protected against probable electrical leakages.

Claims

1. A washer/dryer (1) comprising a drum (15) into which the laundry is loaded, a tub (14) wherein the drum (15) is positioned, a body (2) comprising an aperture (6) and covering and supporting the tub (14) and other components, a cable bundle (3) transmitting the voltage drawn from the network to the related functioning components, a suspension spring (4), dampening the forces acting upon the tub (14) generated by the weight and the dynamic motion of the tub (14), and a holder (5) comprising at least one suspension spring housing (10) upon which the suspension spring (4) is attached in such a way to prevent the cable bundle (3) and the suspension spring (4) from contacting each other, said holder (5) further comprising a cable housing (9) upon which the cable bundle (3) is positioned, characterized in that said holder (5) provides the fixing of said suspension spring (4) and said cable bundle (3) onto said body (2), wherein the holder (5) further comprises

- a bracket (11) ensuring that suspension spring (4) does not brake loose from the aperture (6) due to forces applied upon it,

- a support (7), and suspension spring housings (10) positioned on each side of the support (7).

2. A washer/dryer (1) as in Claim 1, characterized by said body (2) comprising said aperture (6), which can be reached from both sides, preferably on the steel sheet projection wherein the holder (5) is positioned, at least one projection (12) inside the aperture (6) which enables the attachment of the support (7), and by said holder (5) with slots (13) on one side of the support (7) in shapes and numbers suitable to attachment projections (12) inside the aperture which allows its fixing to the body (2).

3. A washer/dryer (1) as in Claim 2, characterized by said holder (5) comprising said support (7) on its mid section, a channel (8) under the support (7) into which the sides of the aperture (6) are inserted providing it to fit into the aperture (6).

4. A washer/dryer (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by said holder (5) comprising a hook shaped cable housing (9).

Ansprüche

1. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1), umfassend eine Trommel (15), in die die Wäsche geladen wird, einen Laugenbehälter (14) in dem die Trommel (15) angeordnet ist, ein Gehäuse (2), das eine Öffnung (6) umfasst und den Laugenbehälter (14) sowie weitere Bauteile abdeckt und trägt, ein Kabelbündel (3), das die Spannung, die aus dem Netz gezogen wird, an die zugehörigen Funktionselemente überträgt, eine Tragfeder (4), die die Kräfte abdämpft, die auf den Laugenbehälter (14) einwirken, und die durch das Gewicht und die dynamische Bewegung des Laugenbehälters (14) erzeugt werden, und einen Halter (5), der wenigstens eine Tragfederaufnahme (10) umfasst, auf der die Tragfeder (4) derart angebracht ist, dass verhindert wird, dass das Kabelbündel (3) und die Tragfeder (4) miteinander in Kontakt gelangen, wobei der genannte Halter (5) ferner eine Kabelaufnahme (9) umfasst, auf der das Kabelbündel (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Halter (5) das Fixieren der genannten Tragfeder (4) und des genannten Kabelbündels (3) an dem genannten Gehäuse (2) vorsieht, wobei der Halter (5) ferner Folgendes umfasst:

- einen Bügel (11), der sicherstellt, dass die Tragfeder (4) nicht aufgrund der auf sie einwirkenden Kräfte von der Öffnung (6) abbricht,

- ein Stützelement (7), und

- Tragfederaufnahmen (10), die an beiden Seiten des Stützelements (7) angeordnet sind.

2. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Gehäuse (2) Folgendes umfasst: die genannte Öffnung (6), die von beiden Seiten aus erreicht werden kann, vorzugsweise an dem Blechvorsprung, und in der der Halter (5) angeordnet ist, wenigstens einen Vorsprung (12) in der Öffnung (6), der das Anbringen des Stützelements (7) ermöglicht, und den genannten Halter (5), der an einer Seite des Stützelements (7) Schlitze (13) aufweist, deren Form und Anzahl für die Befestigungsvorsprünge (12) in der Öffnung geeignet ist, wodurch seine Befestigung am Gehäuse (2) ermöglicht wird.

3. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Halter (5) an seinem Mittelabschnitt das genannte Stützelement (7) umfasst, und einen Kanal (8) unter dem Stützelement (7) umfasst, in den die Seiten der Öffnung (6) eingeführt werden, derart, dass er in die Öffnung (6) eingepasst wird.

4. Wasch-/Trockenmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Halter (5) eine hakenförmige Kabelaufnahme (9) umfasst.

Revendications

1. Une machine à laver / sécher (1) comprenant un tambour (15) dans lequel le linge est chargé, une cuve (14) dans lequel le tambour (15) est positionné, un corps (2) qui comporte une ouverture (6) tout en couvrant et soutenant la cuve (14) et d'autres composants, un faisceau de câbles (3) qui transmet la tension depuis le réseau aux composants relatifs au fonctionnement, un ressort de suspension (4) qui réduit les forces agissant sur la cuve (14), forces générées par le poids et le mouvement dynamique de la cuve (14), et un détenteur (5) comprenant au moins un logement (10) pour le ressort de suspension sur lequel le ressort de suspension (4) est fixé de telle manière à éviter le faisceau de câble (3) et à ce que le ressort de suspension (4) ne prenne contact avec l'autre, ledit détenteur (5) comprenant en outre un boîtier de câble (9) sur lequel le faisceau de câble (3) est positionné, caractérisée en ce que ledit détenteur (5) prévoit la fixation dudit ressort de suspension (4) et dudit faisceau de câble (3) sur ledit corps (2) dans lequel le détenteur (5) comprend en outre :

- un crochet (11) assurant que les ressorts de suspension (4) ne freinent pas la perte par l'ouverture (6) en raison des forces appliquées sur elle,

- un support (7), et

- des logements (10) pour le ressort de suspension positionnés sur chaque côté du support (7).

2. Une machine à laver / sécher (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisée par ledit corps (2) comprenant ladite ouverture (6), qui peut être accessible depuis les deux parties, de préférence sur la projection de tôle d'acier dans laquelle le détenteur (5) est placé, au moins une projection (12) à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (6), qui permet la fixation du support (7), et ledit détenteur (5) avec des fentes (13) sur un côté du support (7) dans des formes et des numéros adaptés aux projections d'attachement (12) à l'intérieur de l'ouverture, qui permet sa fixation sur le corps (2).

3. Une machine à laver / sécher (1) selon la Revendication 2, caractérisée par ledit détenteur (5) comprenant ledit support (7) sur sa partie centrale, un canal (8) sous le support (7) dans lequel les côtés de l'ouverture (6) sont insérés de façon à leur permettre de se fixer dans l'ouverture (6).

4. Une machine à laver / sécher (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par ledit détenteur (5) comprenant un logement de câble en forme de crochet (9).
