(57) An operation command file 210 storing operation commands is established on a memory card 200. When the memory card 200 is connected to a memory card connector 60, the CPU 40 of a bill recognition unit 100 executes the operation commands stored in the operation command file 210, and saves a data file to a data file memory unit.
