(57) A gasket (300) includes a sponge-like member (310) made of an elastic material, projections (334B), and first to fourth rectangular plate-like portions (331 to 334), the sponge-like member (310) having a through-hole (317) whose inner diameter equals to an outer diameter of a connector, the projections (334B) being formed on an opening edge of the through-hole (317) facing a panel opposing surface so as to project inwardly from an outer edge of the connector, the first to fourth rectangular plate-like portions (331 to 334) electrically connecting the projections (334B) and a grounded terminal panel to each other.
