Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention refers to a doll meant for children or adults as a way of active relaxing, having an educational, creativity stimulator or therapeutic purpose.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There are a few kinds of dolls made of textiles, rubber, wood, plastic, etc., in one or more fixed or articulated pieces, dressed or undressed. All these dolls have one big disadvantage because they have a fixed expression; they have the shapes of a boy or of a girl and the hair, eyes, ears, lips etc. and also the same clothes which were made in the factory. People having intellectual capacity, no matter what their age is, would often like to change the image of the dolls and for this purpose they usually try for themselves to make new clothes, they brake them or they buy new dolls having other expression.

[0003] There is known another doll having a basic body to which there can be attached a head and limbs in a complete form and the result we get is a doll which can take the shape of various animals as it is known from USA Patent no. 5897420. The invention has the disadvantage that, although we can obtain dolls representing various animals, they all have the same body. By changing only the head and limbs will not give the doll a congruous shape for all animals which, they will obviously have specific head and limbs, but they will all have the same body which is not adaptable to the relative animal. Another disadvantage to be noticed to this invention is that for each doll in part, the general appearance of the animal can not be changed.

[0004] There is also known a doll which head has a thin face made of a washable surface material, on which by the guidance of some localization patterns and some stamps, face features as eyebrows, eyes and mouth can be drawn with ink on that washable surface in the locations guided by the mask pattern. This invention is known as USA Patent no. 6558221. The hair has the shape of a wig and it can be attached to the head with a Velcro fastener. But this doll cannot change its physical characteristics, age and sex.

[0005] There is also known the invention having the FR Patent n. 2855765, in which the body of the doll has on its belly a Velcro fastener with which the doll's pantyhose can be fixed. It is to be noticed that, although the pantyhose can be changed, the body and head shape, including face features, remain unchanged.

[0006] US 2204/018799 A1 discloses a doll which comprises a plurality of connecting bars forming the bones of the doll, a plurality of bending sections forming the joints of the bone sections, a plurality of artificial skin sections and a plurality of muscle sections.

[0007] US 6280283 B1 discloses a doll kit comprising a body having a torso and a head and being covered with a material for releasably holding hook fastening material, facial features having mounting surface covered at least in part with hook fastening material.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

[0008] In accordance with the present invention there is provided a doll according to claim 1.

[0009] This Invention has the following advantages:

• The aspect of the doll can be changed at the user's wish by replacing totally or partially the groups of removable and interchangeable pieces previously formed regarding sex (male or female) age (young, adult, aged), race, dimensions, mood (happy, sad, gloomy, absent-minded, amazed, etc.) or created by the player;
• Playing with this doll having interchangeable appearances according to the invention can help the users in the therapy of psychical disorders, communication, expression and somatic difficulties;
• Playing with the doll of the present invention calls the user's knowledge of anatomy, characters' psychology, clothes, general knowledge, having educational and creative consequences.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] The impersonalized basic doll is built of a supports system each representing the head (1), body trunk (2), upper limbs (3) and lower limbs (4), initially known. Each support in part can have fixed guiding devices (6) on both sides, which allow the positioning of the removable and interchangeable pieces. The sets of removable or interchangeable pieces are detail pieces as: nose (5), hair (7) eyes and cyelash (8), mouth (9), lips (10), ears (11) and whole pieces; chest (13), shoulders (12), muscles (14),breast (15) ships and highs (10), buttocks (17).

[0012] The fixing devices of the sets of removable and interchangeable pieces having the numbers (5) and between 7 and 17, inclusive, can be attached to the supports system of the impersonalized basic doll (1 - 4) by means of some attaching devices Velcro fasteners, placed everywhere the doll has particular anatomic characteristics attached or on its head, body and limbs.

[0013] Clothes and shoes details, naturally known, will be picked according to everyone's wish from the range of clothes with which the doll has been delivered.

Claims

1. A doll intended for children or adults as a way of active relaxation, having an educational, creativity stimulator or therapeutic purpose, comprising:

- a basic impersonalized doll composed of head (1), body (2), upper limbs (3) and lower limbs (4) made of several textiles, plastics or other similar materials, having pairs of fixing devices (6) attached everywhere the doll has particular anatomical characteristics and where it has the head, body and limbs; and

- groups of removable interchangeable pieces representing characteristic anatomical parts of the doll depending on the sex race, age, dimensions, mood, having also pairs of dismountable fixing devices corresponding to fixing devices on the basic impersonalized doll, and comprising:

mustache, hair (7)

nose (5), eyelashes and eyes (8), lips (9), ears (11)

the fixing devices being Velcro fasteners;

- pieces of cloths and shoes, corresponding to the sex, race, age of the individuals and to the fashion; and whereby
the groups of removable interchangeable pieces further comprise:

typical masculine look: chest (13), muscles (14), shoulders (12); and

typical feminine look: breasts (15), hips, thighs (16), buttocks (17).

Ansprüche

1. Eine Puppe die für Kinder oder Erwachsene gedacht ist und als eine Möglichkeit zur aktiven Entspannung dient, mit einem erzieherischen, kreativitätsfördernden oder therapeutischen Zweck, bestehend aus:

- einer wesentlich unpersönlicher Puppe gebildet aus Kopf (1), Körper (2), oberen Gliedmaßen (3) und unteren Gliedmaßen (4), aus mehreren Textilien, Kunststoffen oder ähnlichen Materialien hergestellt, mit Paaren von Befestigungsvorrichtungen (6) welche überall angebracht sind wo die Puppe besondere anatomische Merkmale aufweist und wo sie den Kopf, den Körper und die Gliedmaßen hat; und

- Gruppen von abnehmbaren und austauschbaren Teilen, die charakteristische anatomische Teile der Puppe darstellen, je nach Geschlecht, Rasse, Alter, Größe, Stimmung, und ebenfalls mit Paaren von abnehmbaren Befestigungsvorrichtungen auf der wesentlich unpersönlichen Puppe, welche folgendes umfassen:

Schnurrbart, Haare (7)

Nase (5), Augenwimpern und Augen (8), Lippen (9), Ohren (11) die Befestigungsvorrichtungen sind Klettverschlüsse;

- Kleidungsstücke und Schuhe, entsprechend sowohl dem Geschlecht, der Rasse, dem Alter der Gestalten als auch der Mode, und wobei
die Gruppen der abnehmbaren, austauschbaren Teilen auch folgendes umfassen:

typisches männliches Aussehen: Brust (13), Muskeln (14), Schultern (12); und

typisches weibliches Aussehen: Busen (15), Hüften, Oberschenkel (16), Gesäß (17).

Revendications

1. Poupée destinée aux enfants ou aux adultes comme moyen de détente actif, ayant but éducatif, stimulant de la créativité ou thérapeutique, comprenant:

- une poupée de base, impersonnelle, composée d'une tête (1), d'un corps (2) des membres supérieurs (3) et des membres inferieurs (4) faites des différents tissues, plastiques ou autres matériaux pareilles, ayant des systèmes de fixation (6) en paires attachées dans toutes les endroits où la poupée a des traits anatomiques particuliers et où elle a la tête, le corps et les membres; et

- des groupes de pièces interchangeables détachables représentant des parts anatomiques caractéristiques de la poupée selon sexe, race, âge, dimensions ou état d'esprit, ayant aussi des systèmes de fixation détachables en pairs correspondant aux systèmes de fixation sur la poupée de base sans personnalité, comprenant :

moustache, cheveux (7)

nez (5), sourcils et yeux (8), lèvres (9), oreilles (11)

les systèmes de fixation étant Velcro;

- pièces de vêtements et chaussures correspodant au sexe, à la race, à l'âge des individus et au style vestimentaire; et où
les groups de pièces interchangeables détachables comprennent aussi:

aspect typique masculine : poitrine (13), muscles (14), épaules (12) et

aspect typique féminine : seines (15), hanches, cuisses (16), fesses (17).
