For this invention has increased one carbon spring steel wire in leaf stem, so when you disassemble packing, leaves will be automatically extended, so labor forces in leaves rearrangement have been saved, it also facilitate users to use and install.

[0002] Together with more and more frequent communication between people, the Christmas Day has been a more important festival in the world, and Xmas-tree is a significant mark representing the Christmas Day, so there is a large demand in Xmas-tree. Existing Xmas-tree leaves are generally made of annealed black iron wire or white iron wire and plastic strip, China Patent ZL 92108761.6 shows a kind of Xmas-tree leaves and manufacture method, which is place required plastic strip onto fore rack of Xmas-tree arching machine, strip will be linked in leaves cutting device and be cut into filament, both sides of filament will be punched into gap by punching device, change the direction of arching leaves by two-way pusher feeder, but arching feeder is used for arching and pinching be phase-in processed, and then cutting device F will cut off leafy shoot, so accordingly single two-way arching of Xmas-tree has been finished. Among which, arching process is to deliver iron wires in different diameters forward by conducting-wire wheelset besides of belt materials, until joined with belt materials and deliver by arching conveying appliance, so leafy shoot will be molded and deliver leaves forward. After finished to packing, branches and leaves should be collected and packed into carton. When using, fix leaves onto carrier of Xmas-tree, and rearrange leaves in each layer by labor to make all leaves be extended. However, all these Xmas-tree leaves should be rearranged during installation, so it has wasted much time and labor forces.

The blade is generally made of several filaments that is made of PVC film or PE film.

Connect the tap to strip puller pulling plastic leaves, driving wire of tap and film will be twisted into Xmas-tree leaves by strip puller;

Make different branches by branch binder;

Install branches onto trunk;

Defoliate and finalize Xmas-tree leaves.

This Xmas-tree leaves is made of leave blade 1 and leave stem 2, and leave blade 1 is installed onto leave stem 2, in the end of leave stem 2 there is a binding part 3 joining leaves and branches together. Leave blade 1 is cut into filaments from PVC film by leave cutter, the width of leave blade 1 is within 1-10 inches, PVC film is within 1-4 layers, or leave blade 1 can be made of PE film. Leave stem 2 is twisted by a carbon spring steel wire 21 with diameter of 0.3-2.0mm and extensional rigidity limited within 1470-2940 Mpa and a annealing black iron wire 23. When you pack Xmas-tree with these leaves, you can make use of polybag to pack branch by branch, once using take out all branches and install in trunk; or you can make use of cloth strip to pack whole tree, once using disassemble it is OK. For this invention has increased one carbon spring steel wire 21 in leaf stem 2, so when you disassemble packing, leaves will be automatically extended, so labor forces in leaves rearrangement have been saved, it also facilitate users to use and install.

[0010] To apply these leaves make Xmas-tree as follows: firstly separately bind a carbon spring steel wire with diameter of 0.3-2.0mm and extensional rigidity limited within 1470-2940 Mpa and another annealing black iron wire onto two conducting-wire wheels in different sizes, among annealing wire is thicker than spring steel wire, bind the thinner wire onto iron wheel and the thicker wire onto plastic wheel; Connect the tap to strip puller pulling plastic leaves, together with film will be twisted into Xmas-tree leaves by strip puller; Make different branches by branch binder, and install branches onto trunk, surely rolling can be also used; at last defoliate and finalize Xmas-tree leaves by manual work, so accordingly Xmas-tree has been finished.

[0011] Figure 2 shows Xmas-tree leaves in another operation example, compared with aforesaid example, it is mainly different that in this example leave stem 2 is twisted by both carbon iron wires in different sizes. The production techniques are different in this example is separately binding both carbon iron wires in different sizes onto two different conducting-wire wheels, among the thinner wire will be winded onto plastic wheel and the thicker onto iron wheel.

1. A kind of Xmas-tree leaves, including leaf blade and leaf stem, that the stem is made of wire, and the blade is installed onto the stem, two wires should be twisted together and one of wires at least should be elastic one.
 
2. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 1, both wires are elastic ones.
 
3. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 1 or 2, elastic wire should be carbon spring steel wire.
 
4. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 3, the diameter of carbon spring steel wire should be 0.3-2.0mm; extensional rigidity should be limited within 1470-2940 Mpa.
 
5. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 1, The blade is generally made of several filaments.
 
6. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 5, filaments are made of PVC film.
 
7. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 5, filaments are made of PE film.
 
8. A kind of manufacture method for Xmas-tree, including following procedures:

Choose two wires, one of wires at least should be elastic one and the diameter should be 0.3-2.0mm; extensional rigidity should be limited within 1470-2940 Mpa;

Separately bind two wires onto two conducting-wire wheels;

Connect the tap to strip puller pulling plastic leaves, driving wire of tap and film will be twisted into Xmas-tree leaves by strip puller;

Make different branches by branch binder;

Install branches onto trunk;

Defoliate and finalize Xmas-tree leaves.


 
9. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 8, Two wires should be separately bond onto two conducting-wire wheels, spring wire should be winded onto iron wheel, and annealing wire should winded onto plastic wheel.
 
10. According to Xmas-tree leaves described in Claim 9, both wires would be carbon spring steel ones.
