(57) A tour and leisure cart management system capable of allowing large numbers of tourists to access nature reserves without damaging ecologically sensitive areas, the cart system comprising a driving track (100) configured for rail carts to drive thereon, a turntable (200) for allowing the rail carts to turn around, a road crossing structure (300) for the running track, a waterside track (400) installed alongside a water body, and a cart storage unit (600).
