(54) A dispensing closure


(57) A dispensing closure (10) is provided and comprises a base (20) having a dispensing orifice, and a lid (30) connected to the base by a hinge (35). The lid is movable between a first, closed position and a second, open position. The closure also includes at least one cam (42) and at least one cam follower (50) for moving the lid from the first to the second position.
