(57) To provide a jumper attached wheel for a timepiece, a slip mechanism attached wheel structure, a time correcting structure, a time difference correction attached timepiece capable of stably applying a restraining force regardless of a rotational direction of a finger wheel. A jumper attached wheel (60) forming a slip mechanism attached wheel structure (3) of a timepiece correcting structure of a time difference correcting timepiece includes a circular plate-like main body portion (71) including a hole (73) comprising a center hole portion (74) to which a finger wheel (62) is loosely fitted and a middle hole portion (75) expanded between one side of the center hole portion and a vicinity of an outer peripheral edge portion (71A), a jumper portion (80) comprising an elastic arm portion (81) connected to a peripheral wall portion of the center hole portion at base ends (83A,83B) and extended from the base end to one side (74A) of the center hole portion and a jump restraining finger portion (82) engaged with the finger wheel at a portion of the arm portion facing the one side, and a wheel portion (72) at an outer periphery thereof. The jumper attached wheel (60) includes guidingmeans (79) for guiding the jump restraining finger portion (82) in diameter directions (D1,D2) of the finger wheel (62) when the elastic arm portion (81) is elastically deformed in accordance with rotation of the finger wheel (62).
