(57) An intrusion detecting system (9) has a transmitter (12) transmitting radio waves in an LF band; a detector (14) detecting an electric field intensity at least in one axis and receiving the radio waves from the transmitter; and an intrusion detecting part (10) configured to detect an intrusion within a predetermined range based on a comparison result between a predetermined threshold and a value detected by the detector for electric field intensities of any axis.
