Capillary massage suction cups under curves stripes covering a semi spherical transition
area in order to make up a floating pivot instead of a perimeter structure, for reactivating
the circulation of the blood in the scalp |
(57) Capillary massage suction cups for reactivating the circulation of the blood in the
scalp under curves stripes covering a semi spherical transition area in order to make
up a floating pivot instead of a perimeter head structure finished in a cylindrical
lodging which houses an electric motor with a no centred shaft which spins around
and produces vibration repercussed to the structure which pivots on the suction cups
which providing massage on the scalp.

Technical sector
[0001] The invention is included in the sector of portable electrical domestic appliances
for personal care.
Technical conditions
[0002] At the moment, in the sector of electrical domestic appliances for massaging the
scalp, there are patented many different kinds of vibrating helmets and harnesses,
but these designs, at best -some of them are technically unviable and work in paper
only-simply transmit the vibration. Besides they do it in a non pleasant way because
these designs go around the perimeter of the head and produce undesirable vibrations
and blurring vision.
[0003] The advantages of the invention
1-This structure don't go around the head's perimeter, but lies on her; and this way
exclusively works on the losing hair area. By that we obtain a more efficient massage
and a non damaging effect on vision.
2-It's a floating structure: This structure don't touch the head.
3-It's a pivotal structure: It moves around the neck of the suction cups, which really
provide the massage. This is the more important advantage and it's caused by the aforementioned
features, having in mind that it doesn't go around the head and at the same time is
floating on the suction cups, pivots around their necks and provides a massage and
not only vibration.
[0004] Capillary massage suction cups for reactivating the circulation of the blood in the
scalp under curves stripes covering a semi spherical transition area in order to make
up a floating pivot instead of a perimeter head structure finished in a cylindrical
lodging which houses an electric motor with a no centred shaft which spins around
and produces vibration repercussed to the structure which pivots on the suction cups
which providing massage on the scalp.
The method by which the invention is made
[0005] The method to manufacture this prototype consist of three longitudinal aluminium
stripes 20 mms width extended from the forefront to the crown, located one in the
center of the imaginary line that follows the nose and from where the hair starts
(H.S, from now on) more or less 205 mms, and the other two, around 210 mms, at 45
degrees in both sides of the central stripe, where begins the losing hair areas. Extremes
are linked with a transversal 140 mms stripe laying on the H.S , parallel to this
and at a distance of 17.75 mms there is another stripe 160 mms length. On the back
side, on the crown, the three endings of the longitudinal stripes are linked to a
32 mms cylinder which houses the motor with a 1x1.5 mms non centered weight joined
to the shaft. Nine supporting points -on suctions cups- hold the framework and a strap
has been added so that the device can be attached to the back of the neck or under
the chin. It's industrial manufacture requires plastics injections moulds.

1. Capillary massage suctions cups under curves stripes covering a semi spherical transition
area in order to make up a floating pivot instead of a perimetral head structure finished
in a cylindrical lodging which houses an electric motor with a no centred shaft which
spins around and produce vibration repercussed to the structure which pivots on the
suction cups which provides massage on the scalp cups for reactivating the circulation
of the blood in the scalp.
