[0002] The products of bath-mat series made of PVC and rubber& silicon rubber materials, and sold at current domestic and international markets, have the defects that, during bathing, the liquids as dews and creams for bath use will disable the anti-slip function of the mats, which caused people in bathing apt to slip.

Summary of the Invention

[0003] This new-type practical product is to solve the technical defects of the products mentioned above to provide bath-mat with simple structure, easy for production, and of anti-slip and safe type.

This new type practical bath-mat includes a mat body containing an absorbing structure. The mentioned mat body includes a printing layer under it being a soft fabric layer, and under which is an absorbing layer whereon is an absorbing structure.

This new type practical bath-mat also has the following attached technical features:

Upon the mentioned printing layer is the color anti-slip printed stripes or the PVC anti-slip stripes.

The mentioned soft fabric layer is of PVC film or terylene or cotton-polyester.

Upon the mentioned absorbing layer is the absorbing structure made of 100% PVC.

[0006] Comparing to the existing techniques, this new type practical product has the following advantages: By adopting the design of three layers including printing layer, soft fabric layer, and absorbing layer, the product is with unique structure, and there are color stripes for anti-slip use at the printing layer. The product is fair, endurable, convenient, safe, and reliable. The soft fabric layer increases the flexibility and softness of the mat body and improves the comfort of the people in bathing. This new-type practical product adopts materials of PVC film and PVC composite, and fabric and PVC molded composite, which fill up the blank of PVC and fabric composite new-type bath-mat at the market. Better anti-slip effect is attained.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment

[0008] Referring to Figure 1 and Figure 2; one of them shows the prior implementation of this new-type practical bath-mat including mat body 1 containing the absorbing structure 2 which may include two or above concave absorbing soft trays of existing techniques. The mentioned mat body 1 includes three layers: printing layer 3, soft fabric layer 4, and absorbing layer 5, among them under the printing layer 3 is the soft fabric layer 4, and under which is the absorbing layer 5 whereon is the absorbing structure 2.

[0009] And, on the mentioned printing layer 3 is the color anti-slip printing stripes or PVC anti-slip stripes. The stripes can form various color designs with convex and concave waves, which will owe fair appearance and higher anti-slip performance. The mentioned soft fabric layer 4 is made of PVC film or terylene fabric or cotton-polyester, and locates between printing layer 3 and absorbing layer 5, mainly for improving softness and comfort of the mat. And after absorbing water and swelling, the mutual functioning with the above printing layer and the below absorbing layer will further improve the anti-slip performance of this new-type practical product.

[0011] The manufacturing method of this new-type practical product is easy for implementation; cut the color printed PVC film and all the necessary fabrics into the forms of square, rectangle, ellipse, or roundness etc., and then put them into the injection molding machine for molding into product.

[0012] Injection molding composite molding method: Place the cut printed PVC film material and fabrics of the required sizes into the molding cavities for molding, and place the PVC material into the injection molding machine for heating and molding into composite to produce the bath-mat really having the anti-slip effect.

Claims

1. A bath-mat including mat body (1) containing an absorbing structure(2), characterized in that the mentioned mat body (1) includes a printing layer (3), under which closely connected is the soft fabric layer (4), and then below is the absorbing layer (5); the mentioned absorbing structure (2) is above the absorbing layer (5).

2. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned printing layer (3) is designed with color anti-slip printed stripes or PVC anti-slip stripes.

3. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned soft fabric layer (4) is made of PVC film or terylene fabric or cotton-polyester.

4. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that on the mentioned absorbing layer (5) is the absorbing structure (2) made of 100% PVC.

5. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned bath-mat is with the form of square, rectangle, ellipse, roundness, or their combinations.
