(57) Garment adjustment device (1) made up of an elastic type cord (2) that with at least one first end is attached to the garment in correspondence with the upper part of the respective downward side, with a zigzag path that is forced to pass through the connecting elements (5,6) and therefore to extend in correspondence with the back, from where it exits with a slotted shape in order to be held in place, said slot being provided with a mechanical stop.
