(57) A heating system comprising a fluid storage vessel having an outlet arranged to outlet fluid from a firs part of the vessel and an inlet arranged to inlet fluid to a second part of the vessel, the system furttier comprising fluid heating means, wherein the fluid heating means is arranged and operable to heat fluid, which fluid is either removed from the first part of the vessel via the outlet and/or inputted into the system from a fluid input; the fluid heated by the fluid heating means then being returned to the second part of the vessel via the inlet.
