(57) An assembly for mounting a seat back shell (18) to a wheelchair seat back cane (14) comprises a first portion (12) attachable to the seat back cane (14) and a second portion (16) attachable to the seat back shell (18). The portions mate to form a point of attachment by aligning one of the portions with the other portion and displacing one of the portions in relation to the other portion.
