(57) Improved frame for the realization of refrigerator cells essentially constituted by a frame (1) as in the same author invention (Appl. N° PN2005A000028 of 09/05/2005), said frame (1) is be provided of almost one appropriate slot (F) obtained on it (1) for the application in it (F) of an appropriate front panel (11) in the rear part of which are inserted appropriate control and command devices (111) of the working devices and of possible display (112) to control and verify the right working of the refrigerating cell.




Description


[0001] The present invention has as object an improved frame for the realization of refrigeration cells said frame being provided of appropriate slots for the housing of frontal panels showing the placement of appropriate might and devices of control and command of the devices for the work of the same cell.

[0002] In the rear part of said frontal panels, shall be draw up in advance some "shells" for the holding of this might of command and control as well as to their connections to the various elements to manage and control in operatives cycles of the same cell.

[0003] Are commonly known the proceedings for the realization of refrigerating cells. They results in the whole limited and often expensive with the exclusion of the invention of the same author (Appl. PN2005A0000 of 07/05/2005) that contemplates the application on the front of the refrigerating cell of a frame in plastic material obtained by thermoforming. Also the a.m. system giving a real and possible productive economy, as well as a simplicity to realize it, it presents a big limitation that is common to all the existing refrigerating cells, i.e. all the refrigerating cells needs a portion of space inside the same cell in which is obtained a "box" that contains all the devices for setting and command of the of work and control of the same cell, i.e. a box that contains a device for the regulation of the temperature, the ice-maker and other commands and devices too. This conformation takes away a part of space to enter inside to the internal space of the cells, as well as internal space of the same cell with consequent operational limitations.

[0004] As well as the traditional production might of the cells results, because of a.m., more expensive too because they need of separate realizations of "box" elements that can get adapted to the cells, in their application, with consequent increase of the costs of installation and then generating all a series of construction and realization problems, then often more problems in the project. Furthermore it needs to realize elements that don't results aesthetically easy to put together to the cell in itself, practically they don't results homogeneous between them giving in this way drawback non only in the function, but aesthetical too. To further confirm of the a.m. limitation, is to add that the box elements so realized results to present further than a big complexity in the realization of them, a low reliability because accidental shocks can damage them and then give a failure in the correct functioning of the cell and consequently damage the regular going on of the functional parameter of the refrigerating cell.

[0005] However the a.m. solution of the same author is improving respect to traditional solutions, this doesn't comprises the solution of the a.m. problems.

[0006] Object of the present invention is to obviate to the a.m. drawbacks known and to all that which remains in the a.m. that is of the present inventor and this is obtained by the frame that made part of the present invention.

[0007] For a better understand of the present invention as well as to understand the properties and the applicative advantages, the whole in a preferred realizing way and only in an exemplificative and not limitative way it is here below described with reference to the enclosed drawings in which:
  • The figure 1 is a perspective view of a possible refrigerating cell of improved type comprising the solution object of the invention;
  • The figures 2 and 3 are perspective view both brought from the front part of the frame of improved type by the present invention that places in evidence the slots for the housing of the frontal panel for the control and command of the cell;
  • The figure 4 is the frontal view of the frame of improved kind object of the present invention that places in evidence the slots for the construction of the frontal panels by the present invention;
  • The figure 5 is a view in section by the line I-I of figure 4;
  • The figures 5a and 5b are enlargement of the particulars of the front panels obtained on the frame of figure 5;
  • The figure 6 is a lateral view of the frame and of the particulars that made the components of a relative front panel;
  • The figure 6a is an enlargement exploded of the particulars making part of a relative front panel;
  • The figure 7 is a perspective rear view of the frame showing the conformation of the resulting front panels;
  • The figures 7a and 7b are the enlargement of the particulars of figure 7.


[0008] It is to note that the common particulars will be indicated with the same numerical references.

[0009] It is to say first of all that we will not go forward into the description of the construction and assembling phases of the refrigerating cell, because this procedure has been in a large manner illustrated in a detailed way in the previous invention of the same author (appl. N° PN2005A000028 of 09/05/2005).

[0010] With particular reference to the figure 1 it is t note that the final result of the application of the frame 1 complete of the front panels 11 object of the present invention, to a complete refrigerating cell C. Said final result of figure 1 show in fact the frame 1 inserted in a refrigerating cell C complete and comprising the front panels 11, inserted in the slots F that are not visible because covered from the front panel 11. Said front panel 11 of command and of working of the same refrigerating cell C, will have on themselves (11) the indicators of the commands and of the controls 111 as well as eventual display 112 that will show the state of working of said cell C.

[0011] For a better understand of the application of the front panels 11 in the slots F, evidenced in figure 1, there will be to consider the consequent figures and particularly with reference to the figures 2, 3 and 4 in which will be in evidence that precisely:
  • In the figure 2 the back view of the frame 1 on which are obtained two rectangular horizontal slots F and consequently their rear view;
  • In the figure 3 the front view of the frame 1 on which are obtained the two rectangular horizontal slots F and consequently their front view;
  • In figure 4 in the end will be putted in further evidence, in their front view, the rectangular horizontal slots F obtained on the frame 1.


[0012] In the a.m. figures will be putted in evidence the slots F how they are obtained and placed on the frame 1.

[0013] It is to note that the slots F made on the frame 1 will be preferably of rectangular shape, not only, but placed in an horizontal preferred further position. Clearly for other proposal and/or uses the slots F can be obtained on the frame 1 with different shapes that are more appropriate to the case or can be obtained vertically instead horizontally.

[0014] Realized how are the slots F and their preferred conformation it is to pass to make reference to the other figures that are going from 5a till to 7b in which it is to note how are placed the various elements for the formation of the frontal panel 11 constituted by a rear box or "shell" to said front panel 11 for the housing of the parts 111 for the command and the regulation of the parameter and the cycles of the refrigerating cell F, as well as of the possible display 112 and of their (111 and 112) connections to the work devices of the cell C.

[0015] Particularly, figure 5 and the particulars enlarged of figure 5a and 5b shown lateral views of the fron panels 11 and of the relative box elements 2 placed back to them.

[0016] The rear box elements 12 and 13 will be in evidence in a more detailed way in the superior part of figure 6 and particularly in the enlargement 6a where will be noted that the front panel 11 will be constituted by two elements, respectively a transparent part 11a and a fixing frame 11b that will be hold in bearing on the frame 1 by the respective rear box elements 2. The rear box elements 2 will be opportunely internally sunken at the end to create idoneous spaces to contain the command elements 111 and of signaling 112 (display) of the working parameter of the cell C.

[0017] The figures 7, 7a and 7b show clearly a total of frame 1 and correspondent rear box elements 2 that made the front panel 11. Particularly the enlargements 7a and 7b shown the total of frame 1 and relative rear boxes elements 2 that made the front panel 11. In particular the enlargement 7a and 7b will shown the complete formation of the rear "box" part 2 that is back to the slot F. Said rear "box" part 2 will results constituted by an element shaped as a "C" 12 that made the rear shell to the slot F and a part 13 preferably shaped as a removable sunken body from a rear sunk done on the element shaped as a "C" 12.

[0018] Practically, to realize the composition including the improved frame in object it is to put in the right position the transparent part 11a and the fixing frame 11b in the slot F. Done this operations then will be positioned all the various elements that command and control the refrigerating cell that will be placed in the correspondence to the references of the mask placed in the relative transparent part 11a, then will be closed the whole with the element shaped as a "C" 12 and the shaped part 13. The whole will be strongly realized with the known and appropriate might for the fixing and will be introduced as known the frame into the rest of the body of the refrigerating cell C previous the connection of the might of control and command to the relative work devices.

[0019] Clearly the front panel will be made and placed in several position that are different from the position shown in the enclosed drawings, for example they can be placed vertically or in both the positions, i.e. vertically and horizontally, furthermore they can have different conformation while they remain always with the same described properties. It is to note that the particular conformation to which we are doing reference, it shall be changed without perhaps to go out from the constructive and functional range a.m..

[0020] It is understood that this and other variations could be done to the present invention without to go out from the argument here described and consequently claimed and so from the dominion of the present invention.

1. Improved frame for the realization of refrigerator cells essentially constituted by a frame (1) as in the same author invention (Appl. N° PN2005A000028 of 09/05/2005), said frame 1 being characterized by the fact of to be provided of almost one appropriate slot (F) obtained on it (1) for the application in it (F) of an appropriate front panel (11) in the rear part of which are inserted appropriate control and command devices (111) of the working devices and of possible display (112) to control and verify the right working of the refrigerating cell.
 
2. Frame as from the claim 1 characterized by the fact that the front panel (11) can be placed long the transversal horizontal parts, or alternatively long the vertical parts of the frame (1), or at the same time vertically and horizontally.
