[0001] In the field of the sport activities are used protections so to avoid violent knocks
' or body abrasions. The known protections consist of softening material parts with
the aim to absorb and to damp the knock. It is known, for instance, the device described
in document
WO 98/44 817, but it does not solve the problem of impact distribution in parts far from the femur
head, to present bursitis due to repeated knocks. These protections, however, do not
permit to train having a part of the body contused, such as the materials during the
pressure and after the compression becomes rigid and it transmits the knock to the
body part with the contusion. These protections so make impossible to practice sport
activity during the recovery, such as following knocks onto the confused body part
retard and worsen the recovery. Moreover, also to have an aching body part and must
do actions that can determine other knocks onto the contused part creates a movement
inhibition. In the sport activity a hesitation or a retarding movement, also of few
twelfths, caused to said inhibitions, can determine an error or to make a movement
in wrong times. The present invention refers to a news protection clothing suitable
to avoid the pathology known as bursitis of the femur head. Said pathology develops
with knocks and violent contacts always onto the same body part. In particular these
pathology is developed generally in the football play where the goal-keepers in the
dives or in the sliding actions have violent contact to the femur head or in the falls
of the players, where the voluntary or not falls involved the flank and so the femur
head. Moreover, the invented protection permits to avoid rubbing abrasions with the
ground during the fall. Aim of the invention is to have a clothing to protect the
femur head suitable to avoid the bursitis and side damages to the hip joint. Other
aim of the invention is have a protection to the femur head and the hip joint so to
can practice sports activity also having a body part contused such as further received
knocks do not beat the femur head and they do not develop bursitis. With the invented
protection, infact, a prevention phase against the received knocks is obtained and
a recovery more quick is permitted such as the femur head is not subjected to other
knocks. The invented protection clothing to protect the femur head is to be used in
all the sports where violent and repeated contacts with the ground are possible, such
as rugby, skating, American football, martial arts or ski, snowboard or skateboard
activities or similar. The invented clothing is illustrated in a merely indicative
and not limiting way in the drawings of sheets 1 and 2. In sheet 1 figure 1 is frontal
view of the pieces that in an embodiment are elements of the invented clothing. Figure
2 is view of the piece made of a sole structure that in other embodiment is element
of the invented clothing. Figure 3 is section view of the pieces of figure 1 assembled.
Figure 4 is view of part of the invented clothing not subjected to a push or crash.
Figure 5 is view of part of the invented clothing hit to a knock. In sheet 2 figure
6 is lateral view of the invented clothing wears under a common shorts. Figure 7 is
frontal view. In a preferred but not limiting embodiment, the invented protection
clothing of the femur head in sports activities is made of a pair of shaped pieces
1 in absorbing material against the knocks, like neoprene or similar. Said pair of
shaped pieces to be realised also with materials 1A, 1B and 1C with different knocks
absorbing capacity put together with sticking or, in a same way, in material with
different knocks absorbing capacity realized with a sole fusion. At a suitable height
is present a conic cavity hole 2 formed, in the embodiment determined to the superimposition
of more pieces, to holes at growing size 2A, 2B and 2C, axially superimposed with
the hole of less size placed at the outside layer. The pair of shaped pieces 1 are
applied to a shorts 3 in elastic material adherent to the user body, i.e. a short
known as "cyclist shorts". The application to the adherent shorts 3 is realized by
means of pocket 4 witch upper closing 5. In the same way the pair of shaped pieces
1 can be connected to the adherent shorts 3 by sticking of by sewing. The adherent
shorts 3 with in its inside the pair of shaped pieces 1 is positioned in such a way
to have the conic cavity hole 2 in correspondence of the femur head, 6 and with bigger
size cavity adherent to the femur head. Subsequent over the short 3 is dressed a short
7, normally used for the sport activity. The invented protection, placed with the
hole 2 concentric in comparison with the femur head 6, in case of falling or knock
in said part, downloads the knock onto the circular wall near the femur head and,
such as also to the maximum pressure do not completely reduce its thickness, onto
the femur head knocks or pressure are not possible.
1. Protective clothing of the femur head during sport activities characterized in that the protection consists of a pair of shaped pieces (1) in knock absorbing material
with a conic cavity hole (2) where the shaped pieces (1) consist of assembled materials
with different knocks absorbing capacity (1A, 1B, 1C) and where the conic cavity hole
(2) is obtained by the superimposition of the pieces (1A, 1B, 1C) having growing hole
sizes (2A, 2B, 2C) axially superimposed, with the hole of less size placed outside
and the hole of bigger size placed inside in contact with the femur head.
2. Protective clothing of the femur head during the sports activity, as per claim 1,
characterized in that the conic cavity hole (2) has different shape and with part of the hole placed near
the femur head (6) with diameter bigger than the femur head.
