(54) Machine for making rail lines


(57) A machine (1) for making rail lines comprises: a movable supporting frame (2) having at least one first and one second mounting element to move the machine (1) relative to the ground; conveyor means (7) supported by the supporting frame (2) to handle a plurality of rail sleepers (T); at least one transport device (10) supported by the supporting frame (2) at a position included between the mounting elements and acting between the conveyor means (7) and the ground to receive the sleepers (T) from the conveyor means (7) and transfer them to the ground along an inclined path of travel. The inclined transport device (10) fully extends close to one of said mountings and has a first (10a) and a second (10b) stretch inclined to a horizontal plane and at least partly superposed so as to reduce an overall bulkiness of the transport device (10) at least along a direction parallel to an advancing direction of the machine (1).
