(57) The present invention refers to prefabricated surrounds for windows and doors. The prefabricated surround which is the object of the invention may be directly situated on the façade or on a previous surround, acting as a lining thereof, so that the former surround does not need to be removed and replaced with a new one. Prefabricated surrounds are provided with the external form of a surround for window or door, being hollow its interior in order to be situated on the former surrounds and providing means of attachment to the façade.
