(54)	Power Adapter and Cable Management Structure

(57) A power adapter applied to a portable electronic device includes a casing (20), a cable management structure (240) and a power cable (223). The cable management structure (240) is disposed at the external surface of the casing (20), and the periphery of the cable management structure has at least a recessed edge (241). One end of the power cable (223) is connected to the casing (20), and the other end of the power cable (223) has a plug (220). The plug (220) may be assembled with the recessed edge (241) to allow the plug to be fixed at the cable management structure (241).
