(57) A push button switch device with a lever which can prevent occurrence of the tilting
of an operating member when a lever is press-operated is provided. The push button
switch device includes an operating member 7 having an operating portion 7a to which
the pressing force of a lever 3 is to be applied, a movable contact 8 held by the
operating member 7 and having a first elastic arm 8a and a second elastic arm 8b,
and a first contact portion 8a1 and a second contact portion 8b1 formed in the elastic
arms 8a and 8b, respectively, to sandwich a first contact 4, a second contact 5, and
a common contact 6. The movable contact 8 has a connecting portion 8c which connects
the first elastic arm 8a and the second elastic arm 8b. The first contact portion
8a1 and the second contact portion 8b1 of the movable contact 8 are distributively
arranged on both sides of a position corresponding to the operating portion 7a of
the operating member 7. A coil spring 9 which biases the operating member 7 is arranged
on the bottom surface of the connecting portion 8c of the movable contact 8.
