Abstract

 A poster stand, comprising a poster frame for mounting a poster, a supporting leg for supporting the poster frame (1), and a connector (3) for connecting the poster frame (1) and the supporting leg (2) is provided. Said poster frame (1) includes several poles (4), wherein, at least one of said supporting leg (2) and poles (4) is wood/bamboo strip.

Field of the invention

[0001] The field of the invention generally relates to a poster display stand, particularly a poster display stand made of bamboo or wood.

Background

[0002] With the development of business, advertising and exhibition, there has been a tremendous increase in the use of poster display stand. At present, the poster display stand generally comprises a poster frame, a supporting leg supporting the poster frame, a poster is displayed by the poster frame for the purpose of advertising and exhibiting. However, most of the supporting legs and the poles for assembling the poster display stand are hollow circular poles, which are unstable and need to be positioned and fixed by retainers, and it takes time to assemble and disassemble the stand. Nowadays, people around the world are paying more and more attention to the protection of the environment, while the hollow poles are made of fiberglass, which is not a kind of green materials.

Summary of the invention

[0003] The objection of the invention is to provide a poster display stand whose supporting leg and poles are made of wood/bamboo strips. Therefore, the display stand could be easily assembled without retainer and is stable, green and environment-friendly.

Technical solutions of the invention

[0004] A poster display stand comprising: a poster frame for mounting a poster, a supporting leg for supporting the poster frame, a connector for connecting the poster frame and the supporting leg. The poster frame includes several poles, at least one of the supporting legs and the poles are wood/bamboo strips; the upper portion of said connector is designed to receive and fix the first end of the two upper poles, and the lower portion of the connector is designed to receive the first end of the two lower poles, which could rotate respectively within the limit of the connector.

[0005] The upper poles and the lower poles are arranged to have an X-shaped configuration, the rear end of the connector is provided with a downward sloping rear socket, the first end of the supporting leg is inserted into the rear socket and fixed by the rear socket, the said connector comprising a front cover and a rear cover, respectively provided with a sloping groove at their upper parts, the two sloping grooves are interlaced arranged, the first ends of the upper poles are inserted into their respective sloping grooves, the front and rear covers are provided with fan-shaped grooves respectively, the two fan-shaped grooves are interlaced arranged, respectively having a location pin, disposed symmetrically, the first end of the lower pole is provided with a location hole corresponding to the location pin, the location pins are inserted into their respectively location holes and position the two lower poles in their respective fan-shaped grooves, the lower pole could rotate around the location pin.

[0006] After the disassembling of the poster display stand, the two lower poles are superposed at the overlapping portion of the two fan-shaped grooves.

[0007] The second ends of the said upper poles and the lower poles are inserted into respective hook seats, the hook seat is provided with a hook, the poster is strained by the four hooks and the said rear socket is arranged at the rear side of the rear cover.

[0008] The upper part and the lower part of the said connector may coupled with a pole respectively, arranged to have a C-shaped configuration, the said connector is provided with a upper socket at its upper part and a lower socket at its lower part, and the upper socket and the lower socket are designed to receive and fix poles, a sloping downward rear socket is disposed at the rear part of the connector, the first end of a supporting leg is inserted into the rear socket, the second end of the said poles are coupled with a transverse rod respectively, each rod clips one end of a poster and strain the poster.

[0009] The advantages of the present invention are as follows:

1. The supporting leg and the poles of the invention are wood/bamboo strips, the supporting leg and the poles themselves are stable without employing a retainer.

2. The supporting leg and the poles of the invention are directly inserted in to the connector without employing a retainer, it is very easy to disassemble the stand, and also convenient for packing it away.

3. The supporting leg and the poles of the invention are wood/bamboo strips, which is environment-friendly. The present invention will be further described in conjunction with the drawings and the embodiments:

Description of the Preferred Embodiments

[0011] Embodiment 1: In accordance with Fig.1, Fig.2, a poster display stand, comprising: a connector 3, the top end of said connector 3 is designed to receive the first ends of two upper poles 41, and the bottom end of the connector is designed to receive the first end of two lower poles 42, both lower poles 42 could rotate within the limit of the connector.

[0012] In unfolded state, the upper poles 41 and the lower poles 42 are arranged to have an X-shaped configuration, the connector 3 is provided with a rear socket 5 sloping downward, the rear socket 5 is designed to receive and fix a supporting leg 2.

[0013] At least one of the supporting leg 2 and poles 4 is wood/bamboo strip, in a more preferred embodiment, all of them are wood/bamboo strips.

[0017] In order to assemble the stand, firstly, unfold the lower poles 42, coupled to the connector 3, then, insert the first end of the upper poles 41 into the upper sloping grooves 33 of the connector 3, and insert the first end of the supporting leg 2 into the rear socket 5, fix the hook seats 6 on the second end of the upper and lower poles 41, 42, finally, stand the poster display stand on the floor, the poster is mounted on the poster frame 1 by the four hooks 7 on the hook seat 6.

[0018] Embodiment 2: In accordance with Fig.11 and Fig.12, a poster display stand, comprising: a connector 3, provided with an upper socket 36 at the upper portion and a lower socket 37 at the lower portion, the upper and lower socket 36,37 are designed to respectively receive and fix the first ends of the poles 4, two poles 4 are arranged to have a C-shaped configuration, at the rear portion of the connector 3 a downward sloping socket 5 is provided, which receive and fix the supporting leg 2.

[0020] Said poster display stand further comprising two traverse rods 8, the rear portion of each rod 8 is provided with a groove 9, the second ends of the poles 4 are inserted in to the grooves 9 respectively, so as to fix the rods 8, each of the upper and lower brim of the poster is coupled with a corresponding rod 8.

[0021] Because the poles and the supporting leg 2 are wood/bamboo strips, which could not rotate in the unfolded state, without employing any retainer, thus it is convenient for assembling the stand.

[0022] Because the first end of the poles 4 and the leg 2 are directly inserted into the connector 3, without using any retainer, it is very convenient for disassembling the stand, and packing it away as well.

Claims

1. A poster stand, comprising a poster frame for mounting a poster, a supporting leg for supporting the poster frame (1), and a connector (3) for connecting the poster frame (1) and the supporting leg (2), said poster frame (1) includes several poles (4), wherein, at least one of said supporting leg (2) and poles (4) is wood/bamboo strip.

2. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that all of the supporting leg (2) and poles (4) are wood/bamboo strips.

3. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the upper portion of said connector (3) is designed to receive the first end of two upper poles (41), and the lower portion of the connector (3) is designed to receive the first end of two lower poles (42), which could rotate respectively within the limitation of the connector (3), the upper poles (41) and lower poles (42) are arranged to have an X-shaped configuration, the rear end of the connector (3) is provided with a downward sloping rear socket (5), the first end of the supporting leg (2) is inserted into the rear socket (5) and fixed by the rear socket (5).

4. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said connector comprising a front cover (31) and a rear cover (32), respectively provided with a sloping groove (33) at their upper part, the two sloping grooves (33) are interlaced arranged, the first ends of the upper poles (41) are inserted into their respective sloping grooves (33), the front cover (31) and rear cover (32) are respectively provided with a fan-shaped groove (34), the two fan-shaped grooves (34) are interlaced arranged, respectively having a location pin (35), disposed symmetrically, the first end of the lower pole (42) is provided with a location hole (421) corresponding to the location pin (35), the location pins (35) are inserted into their respectively location holes (421) and position the two lower poles (42) in their respective fan-shaped grooves (34), the lower pole (42) could rotate about the location pin (35), after the poster display stand is disassembled, the two lower poles (42) are superposed at the overlapping part of the two fan-shaped grooves (34).

5. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the second ends of said upper and lower poles (41, 42) are inserted into hook seats (6) respectively, the hook seat (6) is provided with a hook (7), the poster is mounted on the four hooks (8).

6. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the said rear socket (5) is arranged at the rear side of the rear cover (32).

7. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the upper part and the lower part of said connector (3) may be coupled with a pole (4) separately, two poles (4) are arranged to have a C-shaped configuration.

8. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said connector (3) is provided with a upper socket (36) at its upper part and a lower socket (37) at its lower part, and the upper and lower sockets (36,37) are designed to receive and fix poles, a downward sloping rear socket (5) is disposed at the rear part of the connector (3), a supporting leg (2) is inserted into the rear socket (5).

9. The poster display stand as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that each of the upper and lower brims of said poster is coupled to a transverse rod (8), the second end of each pole (4) is insert into the groove (9) of the corresponding rod (8).
