Technical field
[0001] The invention relates to the weaving loom for production of combined structures of
the ground and gauze weave comprising the device for control of at least a triad of
systems of warp ends and the loom reed with lamellas, between which there are spaces
for passage of warp ends.
Background art
[0002] The woven fabrics with combination of the ground (or derived) weaves and gauze weave
are of a specific mechanical properties, especially the weave strength, but they also
have specific pattern-decoration possibilities. In the past, the combined structures
were applied especially at production of curtains in combination of Jacquard and gauze
weave. At present quite important become the technical woven fabrics with combined
structure of the plain and gauze weave, that show an increased weave strength and
resistance against deformations. The known devices for production of woven fabrics
with combined weave utilise the heald harnesses to control the warp ends. It is common,
that the harness of the ground weaves is positioned closer to the warp and the gauze
harness is positioned closer to the weaver. Nevertheless utilisation of heald systems
for creating of gauze weaves brings the main disadvantage in the form of a low working
speed. This disadvantage still has not been solved at the machines for combined weaves.
Though increasing of working speed upon creation of purely gauze weaves is known by
usage of the healdless systems, e. g. according to the
CZ PV 2003-2887, but these systems are for the time being designated exclusively for weaving of non-combined
purely gauze weave.
[0003] The goal of the invention is to enable usage of the healdless weaving systems for
weaving of combined weaves, especially the combinations of the ground and gauze weave.
Principle of the invention
[0004] The goal of the invention has been achieved by the weaving loom for production of
combined structures of the ground and gauze weave, whose principle consists in that
the warp ends are divided to at least three systems, out of which at least two are
guided into the basic distributing means realising the motion necessary to form the
shed for weft insertion and for a mutual interlacing of warp ends and at least one
is over the deflecting bar guided into the guiding means of rotating warp ends.
[0005] The preferred embodiments of invention are a subject of the dependent patent claims
and they are in detail described in examples of embodiment of the invention.
Description of the drawing
[0006] The invention is schematically shown in the enclosed drawings, where the Fig. 1 shows
an axonometric view to the two warp ends and 1 weft thread interlaced in the basic
plain weave and whipped by one gauze thread, the Fig. 2 axonometric view to the means
creating the combined structure of ground and gauze weave and the Fig. 3 a section
through the weaving loom with arrangement of means for production of combination of
a ground and gauze weave.
Examples of embodiment
[0007] The weaving loom
20 for production of combined structures of the ground and gauze weave comprises the
warp beam
21 or several warp beams from which in a known manner are brought the warp ends which
are separated into three or more systems
2, 3, 4. At least the first system
4 of warp ends, which creates so called rotating threads is fed via the deflecting
bar
18 into the guiding means
13 of rotating warp ends, which comprises the needles
12 with eyes for guiding the rotating threads. The guiding means
13 with needles
12 is coupled with the drive and it carries out the horizontal motion in the
z direction. Motion of the guiding means
13 in the
z direction is synchronised with the motion of further described basic distributing
means
15 realising the motion necessary to perform the shed for weft insertion and for mutual
interlacing of warp ends.
[0008] The drive of the guiding means
13 is preferably formed of the device among the specialists called "electronic cam".
From eyes of needles
12 the individual threads of the first system
4 of warp ends, i.e. the rotating threads are guided into the spaces between the dents
of the loom reed
11, like this arrangement is described at the known solution for production of purely
gauze weaves being comprised in the
CZ PV 2003-2887.
[0009] The system
2, 3 of the ground warp ends must have at least two subgroups, which are guided into the
weaving means realising the motion necessary to create the shed for weft insertion
and for mutual interlacing of the warp ends. In case of the simplest plain weave the
systems
2, 3 of the basic warp ends are guided into the basic distributing means
15 with carrier beams
152,
153 and fastened by the flat needles
14 or the half healds. The means
15 are coupled with the not represented motion mechanism, which in an interval of a
certain weaving cycle of the machine, e.g. according to the speed, either leaves the
respective carrier beam
152, 153 in the bottom dead centre, in which the threads being guided in it are under the
level of the weft
1, or it lifts the respective carrier beam
152, 153 into the top dead centre, in which the threads being guided in it are above the level
of the weft
1. By this distributing motion of the carrier beams
152, 153 in the direction y the ground weaves are formed; in the represented example of embodiment
in the Fig.
1 the systems
2, 3 of warp ends together with the weft
1 create the plain weave.
[0010] In the not represented example of embodiment the means
15 are formed of the classic heald shafts coupled with the drive formed either by the
heald machine or the Jacquard machine.
[0011] Individual threads of each system
2, 3 of warp ends are further directed into spaces between the dents of the loom reed
11, into which the individual threads of the first system
4 of warp ends are guided, i.e. the rotating threads.
[0012] By a horizontal motion of the guiding means
13 in the
z direction in a time synchronisation with beating-up of the weft
1 by the loom reed
11 and with the bottom dead centre of the system
2, 3 of warp ends each thread from the first system
4 of the warp ends, i.e. each thread from the rotating threads is whipped around the
corresponding couple of warp ends from the system
2, 3 of warp ends.
[0013] Motion of the basic distributing means
15 can preferably be secured by individual electronic engines or servomotors controlled
in such a way that the means
15 could interlace the warp ends of the systems
2, 3 with the weave that corresponds to the number of means
15 on the weaving loom.
[0014] After the loom reed
11 the produced woven fabric is being drawn-off by the draw-off mechanism
3 with the take-up rollers and it is wound up to the cloth roller
22.
[0015] The invention is not limited only to the expressly described or represented embodiments,
but within the mere professional skill it can be modified also to other particular
structural embodiments.
