(54) Method of controlling dishwasher


(57) Disclosed is a method of controlling the dishwasher, which enhances a drying efficiency of dishes during drying of the dishes. The method includes washing dishes; rinsing the washed dishes in the washing; heat-rinsing the dishes by supplying heated washing water after the rinsing; draining the washing water collected in a sump in the heat-rinsing; and stopping the operation of the dishwasher for a designated time after the draining.
