(57) A building structure comprising a first frame edge and a second frame edge, the first frame edge comprising a first cross base (2) defined by at least one cross batten (2a,2b,2c) and having a rail (4) secured along an exterior end, the second frame edge having a second cross base (12) defined by at least one cross batten (12a,12b,12c) and at least one cheek batten (8a,8b) and a channel spacer (9) associated with the cheek batten (8a,8b) to define a channel (7), the rail (4) enterable into the channel (7) to align the first frame edge and the second frame edge with a gap (21) between the cheek batten (8a,8b) and the exterior end and having at least a plate (20) extending between at least part of the first cross base (2) and part of at least one cheek batten (8a,8b).
