(57) The invention relates to a steel rabbet part (10), for use in particular as part of an outside wall covering (1). The lower side of the rabbet part (10) is provided with a curved part (11) and on the upper side provided with a second curved part (12). The first and second curved part of adjacently placed rabbet parts are arranged for cooperation.
The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing of a rabbet part according to the invention, whereby the method comprises the step of rolling on steel sheet material to form the rabbet part.
