(54) Basin for the protection of a railway against the contamination of ground

(57) A basin used for the protection of railway reloading places against the contamination of ground, comprising a panel the surfaces of which (1,2,3,4) run downwards towards its middle, where a hole (5) is located, wherein the surfaces (1 to 4) of the panel are separated by oval surfaces (9,10,11,12).

Description

[0001] The subject of the invention is a basin for the protection of places used for railway reloading against the contamination of ground.

[0002] Well known are the panels installed under the rail track used against the contamination of ground. A solution according to a polish patent No.183 616 is well known. The above mentioned solution is based on the fact that it consists of at least one panel module inside, two ending module panels and at least two sewage pipes which are placed in series.

[0003] The essence of the invention is the basin for protection of places used for railway reloading against the contamination of ground, which is made of a panel the four surfaces of which are directed toward inside where there is a hole. The panel on two top surfaces has got round shaped places which are the joining elements to join single panels into a set of panels or panel system, the surfaces are separated by longitudinal round places.

[0004] The subject of the invention is presented in attached picture on which figure 1 presents the panel seen from above, whereas figure 2 presents the panel seen in the transversal cross-section along the line A-A shown on figure 1, whereas figure 3 the basin which makes the panel system seen from above.

[0005] The subject of the invention in exemplary presentation is the basin for the protection of the railway reloading places used against the contamination of ground, which consists of a panel the surfaces of which 1, 2, 3, 4 run downwards towards the middle, where there is a hole 5, where panel on the surfaces 2 and 3 consists oval spaces 13, 14 used for the joining together of individual panels which in the end creates a panel syetm. Each of the panels 6, 7, 8 is in the shape of a rectangular. Panel 7 placed between the track located parelle with the axle of the track has got four surfaces 1, 2, 3, 4 located extremely, closest to the track and running downwards with a running down space, the role of which is more effective removal of the substances remaining ou its surfaces to the hole 5, located in the middle of the panel, half way through the length and width of the panel. All the surfaces 1, 2, 3, 4 on the panel are separated from each other by oval spaces, 9, 10, 11, 12 in the shape of a gutter turned upside down, which seen from above resembles two pairs of triangles with equal arms. Each of the oval surfaces 9, 10, 11, 12 is started from the angle created at the joining point of the surface, one parellel with axle of the track and the other one located in perpendicular way. The oval surfaces 9, 10, 11, 12 have the height equal to the difference of the extreme levels of the surfaces to the middle of the panel. Each of the oval spaces 9, 10, 11, 12 run downwards where the hole 5 is placed, responsible for the removal of dirt and substances which remain on its surfaces. The hole 5 is for the removal of all the dirt and substances which are on the panel. Hole 5 is in the central part of the middle panel as well as side panels. Hole 5 is in the shape of a wheel and is protected by a round bars which is used against the blocking of sewege placed under the dripping basin.

Claims

1. The basin for the protection of the railway reloading places against the contamination of ground claims is, that it is a panel the surfaces of which (1), (2), (3), (4) run downwards towards its middle, in which there is a hole (5), where panel on surfaces (2) and (3) has got oval spaces (13), (14) used for the joining together of particula single panels, thus creating a panel system, where surfaces (1), (2), (3), (4) are sparated by oval apaces (9), (10), (11), (12).
